Today we’d like to introduce you to Josefina Delaveau.
Hi Josefina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I left home when I was 20, and it’s been almost four years since I embarked on this journey. I got here through perseverance and an unwavering determination to never give up. Throughout this time, I faced numerous challenges, but I came to realize that if I truly want to achieve something, I can’t sit around waiting for miracles to happen, I need to create them myself.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a smooth road… in fact, it’s been quite the opposite. I’ve felt lonely, lost, and faced lots of problems that I had to solve on my own at a young age. I knew that staying in my home country wouldn’t allow me to succeed or live the life I truly wanted, so I took action and I leave on my own.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I work on yachts as a chief stewardess, but it’s not something I feel particularly proud of. Right now, (2024) I’m saving up to move to Bali and work online from there, I might be there in 2025-2026.
I plan to live the life I truly want as a digital nomad; entrepreneur, and USA manager of Yacht360. I’ve also written a book to help others, which is something I’m passionate about. Unfortunately, working on yachts as a crew member doesn’t give me that same sense of fulfillment, in fact, I often feel trapped. That’s why I recently made the decision to start a new chapter.
I received an offer to be the USA manager of Yacht360 , an app that we are going to be launching in May 2025 and where I’ll be in charge of the commercial area in USA.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The most important quality that has contributed to my success is the trust I have in myself and my abilities. I know I possess the strength and determination to succeed and create the life of my dreams. Right now, I’m on the path to making that a reality.
