Today we’d like to introduce you to Franceta Lopez.
Hi Franceta , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
In 2015, I experienced one of the most devastating moments of my life—the stillbirth of my daughter, Gabrielle. That loss left me broken, questioning everything, the pain was so severe i wanted die. I walk to cross road waiting for car are bus to end my suffering when three young women approached me told me they were on outreach and asked if they could pray with me.. that day i gave up on myself but God didn’t give up on me. He sent three young lady to remind me I have a purpose. I started encouraging moms who were going through similar struggles. Writing poems and encouraging posts.
It was in my darkest moments that I found strength through faith and writing. In 2020, I published my first book, Mother You Can Make It: From Struggles to Blessings, which became a message of hope for moms facing challenges.
That book ignited a passion within me—not just for writing but for empowering others to share their stories. Today, I’m a children’s book author, empowerment speaker, and self-publishing coach, helping aspiring authors bring to life the stories only they can tell. Through my Words to Impact program, I guide aspiring authors step by step in self-publishing their own children’s books, turning their ideas into reality.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, and there have been many challenges along the way. One of the hardest struggles I faced was overcoming the fear that I wasn’t worthy of success or happiness. After losing my daughter, There were times when I doubted if I deserved anything good in my life, especially with all the loss and setbacks I faced—personal, financial, and even within my own dreams.
It was easy to feel like success was out of reach, like I had to pay for my losses with perpetual struggle. But through faith, reflection, and the support of others, I learned that success is not about being perfect—it’s about moving forward, even when it feels impossible. Slowly, I realized that my story had power, and the experiences I endured could become the foundation of my purpose. The setbacks weren’t signs of failure, but stepping stones that led me to embrace my calling as a speaker, author, and coach. Today, I strive to help others, especially moms, see that even in their toughest moments, they can rise and create the life they’ve always dreamed of.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I don’t believe in luck—whether good or bad. I believe in God’s promises and His guidance throughout every season of my life and business. While life has presented challenges and setbacks, I’ve come to realize that each struggle has a purpose and that these experiences are part of a greater plan for my life. I’ve faced hardship, loss, and times of uncertainty, but I choose to hold on to the faith that God has a greater purpose for me.
My journey has been shaped not by luck, but by faith and perseverance. Through every season, I’ve learned to trust in God’s timing, His strength, and His provision. Each step forward in my business is a testament to His grace, and it’s through my faith that I continue to rise, knowing that there’s a bigger story unfolding. So, rather than relying on luck, I rely on God, trusting he is leading me towards my purpose, and guiding me through every challenge to fulfill the mission He’s placed in my heart.
