Today we’d like to introduce you to Charles Guerrero.

Hi Charles, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a first-generation Filipino-American, inspired by my parents’ perseverance in bringing our family to the U.S. Their determination continues to drive me toward greatness. Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to fulfill many dreams; including opening and operating businesses, completing marathons, and collaborating with a diverse network of industry leaders.

As my career evolved, I discovered a deep passion for photography and floral design which naturally aligned with my creative work. After years of contributing to the growth of various businesses, I felt called to start my own venture leading to the creation of ‘Elevate Agency.’ Through this, I blend my creativity with a personalized approach, helping people feel confident and empowered through photography while also applying my design expertise to a wide range of projects.

I thrive on making others feel their best, whether through a photo or by reimagining spaces, and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to pursue these passions.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, but I believe my path has been orchestrated with purpose. The real turning point came when I allowed myself to embrace that calling, putting myself first and standing tall in who I am. It was through navigating the highs and lows, and continuing to grow, that I refined my sense of purpose.

Being a self-starter and someone who pours their heart into everything, I’ve led in multiple industries—fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and restaurants—gaining a wide range of skills along the way. But that journey wasn’t without challenges. Balancing the demands of running businesses while seeking the fulfillment of pursuing my own passions was often difficult. Over time, I realized that while I excelled in many areas, my true desire was to focus on what continuously brought me joy and propelled me forward.

This realization led to the creation of ‘Elevate Agency,’ a venture that allows me to concentrate on what I love: helping others feel confident through photography, videography, and finding beauty in florals. It’s been a refining process, but each struggle has brought me closer to where I’m meant to be.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As a creative director, photographer, videographer, and florist, my vision is to craft shoots that spark joy in my clients. Every project is skillfully and intentionally curated, designed to meet your unique needs, and always delivered with love.

Having worked with top professionals across industries such as food, fashion, and digital design, I am now evolving my own language through florals and visual design. I take pride in the diverse talents I’ve honed and the many dreams I’ve helped bring to life through the work of my hands, which I feel blessed to create.

Throughout my journey, three core values have guided me: consistency, stewardship, and resilience. Consistency has meant showing up and never giving up, even when the road is tough. Stewardship is about honoring what’s in front of me, treating it with care and integrity. And resilience is the drive to keep pushing forward, despite any obstacles. These principles have shaped my approach over the past two years, reminding me that each day is an opportunity to grow, learn, and live with joy.

The people that you need in your corner are the ones that will consistently show up for you, encourage you and live out the highs and lows. For me this has been my family and the leaders and mentors that have poured into my life to help me become the man and business owner I am today. Without them I would not be where I am nor have the courage to continue in leading forward.
