Today we’d like to introduce you to Aliyah Ferrell

Hi Aliyah, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?

I got started modeling back during my freshman year of high school. I worked with this photographer who had brand ambassadors just doing fun shoots and it led to doing prom fashion shows here and there. When I went to college I joined the fashion group on campus and they invited me off rip to be apart of the board to help coordinate fashion shows and fashion related events. After I graduated I started working with my now mentor and friend Blake Martin, working with him helped elevate my career and travel the world doing something that I love. And here I am today, an international model owning a business geared to help other models gain similar experiences and coordinate events in the entertainment industry.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

Overall it has been a roller coaster. More good moments than bad for sure, but there has been plenty of tests of having a backbone being in such a fast changing and judgmental environment as consistent as the average model.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?

In my creative profession, I own a business called The Amazon Goddess Experience, which overall is a event planning and development company. I am known for providing a unique experience for clients in the fashion, fitness, and entertainment industries. In my 9-5p profession, I work in the fitness industry. I love to care for overall health and self love and I know I am known to motivate people to set goals for themselves that better their lives in the long run. What sets me apart from others is the passion I have for not just myself but for others to grow as well.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?

Luck has been nothing but a blessing in my life and business. In my life, I got blessed with the luck of meeting some of my closest friends just by choosing to be in a certain room randomly. That also goes for my business, I can be talking about my business to one person and another person just happens to hear and happen to inquire about what I do.
