Yes, One of the best bosses, I’ve ever had was Nikayla Boyd. When I met Nikayla, I was young and inexperienced in my field and I needed someone to give me a chance. Nikayla was that person. One thing to understand when working under leadership, is a great leader. A great leader will lead and set you up for success. While in my professional career I owe it to my leadership who has always set me up for success, gaining knowledge from someone who is experienced will have a big outcome on who you become in the future.
