The greatest boss I ever had was Elisa Flores. She was the HR Manager of an organization I previously worked for and was the definition of “Practice what you Preach.” She led with such passion and empowered you to be the best no matter the task at hand. I remember like it was yesterday. It was the end of the month and we had to get the remaining units out in time for shipping. The paint booth was slammed but doing their best. Elisa got the HR team together, we all put on our PPE and headed to the production floor. Teamwork makes the Dreamwork right?
