Hi Steve, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Steve Ramona discovered his calling at a young age and is now on a mission to share his secret sauce for success. He thrives on forging meaningful connections, sharing introductions, and watching people flourish.
His contagious passion for the Law of Increase makes his podcast “Doing Business with a Servant’s Heart” successful. This show is chock-full of inspiring stories about overcoming challenges and serving others.
Steve has a knack for spreading good vibes and elevating those around him. He learned from his dad that the entrepreneurial spirit is a great way to make money. I can share stories of how people serve, struggle, and win. We must overcome something, so why not learn to serve and overcome it much faster? I learned early in our Health Club the importance of customer service. I knew the more I served, the more it was a win-win for everyone. I enjoy working with people, referring people, and helping people grow. The Law of Increase is my mission when I network around the world.
I love to mentor businesspeople and offer all the resources I have. To win, you must grow yourself first; then, you can share this with others! I am an avid reader.
Steve Ramona, a unique promoter/super-connector, specializes in building partnerships through his personalized introductions. These introductions are emails and include video explanations, adding a personal touch to each connection. Steve’s introductions have been incredibly successful, resulting in 25 million dollars in deals over the past 11 years. This track record speaks volumes about the value he brings to each connection.
Steve has a podcast, Doing Business with a Servant’s Heart, with an audience of over 40,000 people per episode and growing!
He also has a TV show called Together We Serve, which has a 1.2 million monthly audience. Steve’s shows mostly feature CEOs, Founders, Presidents, Entrepreneurs, Celebrities and Professional Athletes with incredible stories. Steve finds great people to partner with through these shows and introduces partnerships/collaborations.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I had to learn how to ask for intros for my business and Podcast. Once I learned this my income grew rapidly. If I did ask and they said no, in my head I would thing Next. Going to the next opportunity to serve someone and help them grow.

I host the podcast, Doing Business with a Servant’s Heart, which hit #1 in Small Business Marketing category. We have recorded over 520 shows. We have great stories of people overcoming obstacles and using their servant’s hearts to either overcome these obstacles or grow or scale their businesses. I have NFL athletes, successful business owners, and people who have made a difference and impact in the world. We look forward to when we hit 1000 shows and can educate, motivate and inspire our audience to new levels. Our mission is to impact the world one podcast at a time.
I also build partnerships and joint ventures with my guests and my network. Having a vast and large network allows me to to find good partnerships to help them grow and make a positive impact. And it’s such a win, win situation cause everyone wins, not just me, not just the client, not just the business. Always being transformational, not transactional, which will lead eventually to a fantastic transaction after building a relationship.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
We are all in the people asset investment business. This means that you want to build those assets by building relationships and bringing value to everybody you meet. I have share the ASLA Principle. You need to Ask, Shut up, Listen, and Ask. Following this principle has help me grow my network by the 100’s and triple my income in less than a year. Learn about them and learn how you can bring value to them, and then ask how you can be help or support them. Networking is a skill set that people need to know and practice every day. I have used it to become a top salesperson in my company and build my podcast to #1 with incredible guests. The larger your network is, the more opportunities you have to grow your opportunities in business. I have taken my network and built five incredible opportunities with the ability to make some fantastic money, and help others make money too. Again, back to that win win situation that we’re all looking for. Last piece of advice is, give your expertise away, What I do is offer a Free Podcast Workshop once a month and a Business Mentorship Workshop for Free twice a month. You do this, I have seen this happen, your network will grow and so will your income.
