Today we’d like to introduce you to Racquel Ambersley.

Hi Racquel, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?

From a young age, I had a clear passion for teaching, but I initially faced significant academic challenges. However, giving my life to the Lord transformed my perspective. I began to pray about everything, and my hope blossomed as I embraced the truth that I could achieve all things through Christ. This newfound faith propelled me through high school and university, where I excelled academically.

My dream of becoming a teacher became a reality, and after six years, I was promoted to Head of my Department. While I enjoyed teaching, I recognized a deeper calling and felt a powerful urge for more. I was uncertain about what that “more” would entail, but I committed myself to a journey of living by faith.

About a year into this journey, I made a courageous decision to resign from my teaching position and fully embrace entrepreneurship. Despite having only a shaky plan and feeling fear, I was resolute in my obedience to my calling. Throughout this challenging time, I encountered numerous financial and emotional obstacles, yet my spiritual foundations became stronger than ever.

Today, I stand firm in the belief that God is faithful. We cannot grasp His plans unless we are willing to follow His guidance. I am now an author, speaker, and real estate agent—driven by a mission to demonstrate to believers that living by faith is not just possible; it is essential. Faith is not merely a set of words; it is a dynamic force that demands action.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

This journey was filled with tearful nights spent wondering if I was making the right decision. I faced struggles both financially and emotionally, as my living conditions were far from ideal, and I felt like this was all I could afford. It seemed that everything I attempted ended in failure, and my business was draining any financial cushion I had left. It was only my commitment to trust God no matter what that kept me pushing.

RA Impact is a coaching business dedicated to helping teachers build a profitable side business in just 90 days. Our program aims to fill financial gaps while allowing educators to continue making a meaningful impact in the classroom. We operate on the principle of faith, using its principles to drive business growth. As an educator, I understand the desire for more while still pursuing the dream of teaching. My goal is to empower teachers to explore additional profitable ventures on the side, all while transforming the lives of our nation’s children through education.

What matters most to you? Why?

My journey with the Lord is incredibly meaningful to me, and I believe it can have a powerful impact on others as well. I understand that many people feel constrained by their backgrounds, believing they aren’t destined for anything good. I want everyone to know that life can be so much more than that. My hope is for everyone to come to know God, to see Him reflected in my life, and to find ways to serve Him. Together, we can create a better world for ourselves and future generations. Moreover, this walk brings me comfort in knowing that it holds eternal significance; one day, I believe I will reign with Him.
