Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I grew up in Italy between Pompeii and Sorrento, surrounded by art, the beauty of nature and the warmth of a close-knit family. From a young age, I was always curious and eager to learn, spending countless hours reading books and exploring the world around me. My journey began with a deep passion for language which could connect me with the rest of the world and then events, the passion I discovered during [a significant moment or time in my life when I was at the university in Germany.
Pursuing my dreams wasn’t always easy. I faced numerous challenges and setbacks, but each one taught me resilience and determination. I worked hard, sought out mentors, and embraced every opportunity to grow. Along the way, I had the chance to work for famous brands and gained valuable experience working with some incredible people and organizations.
Today, I am proud to be the founder and CEO of LS Events, Founder of Women Empowering Women Dubai and the producer of several incredible events. My journey has been a testament to the power of perseverance and the importance of staying true to one’s passions. I continue to be inspired by the possibilities ahead and remain committed to making a positive impact in woman’s life and create stunning events.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Has it been a smooth road? Of course not! But you only learn when you fail. My journey has been marked by numerous challenges and obstacles. Each setback, whether it was a failed project, a missed opportunity, or a personal hardship, taught me invaluable lessons and shaped my character.
These experiences taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of staying focused on my goals despite the difficulties. They pushed me to think creatively, find solutions, and grow stronger with each hurdle I overcame. Embracing failure as a learning opportunity has been crucial to my growth and success.
Today, I look back with gratitude for those tough times, as they have prepared me for the successes I enjoy now and have made me more appreciative of every achievement. My story is a testament to the idea that the path to success is rarely smooth, but every challenge is a stepping stone to becoming better and achieving more.

I have been fortunate to receive so much from life, and I now strive to give back by supporting and mentoring women to achieve their fullest potential.
