My journey began with the realization that I am a creative person and deeply passionate about design and trends. However, I discovered that fashion design wasn’t the right fit for me. It wasn’t until I recognized that my true calling was in the kitchen—despite not knowing how to cook at all—that everything fell into place.
Today, I work as a consultant in my own company, guiding restaurants and supporting new openings. I also co-own a restaurant and founded a snack brand with my best friend. It’s been a path of discovery, growth, and following my instincts to find where I truly belong.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road—far from it. One of the biggest challenges was constantly doubting myself. Stepping into the culinary world without knowing how to cook felt overwhelming, and I often questioned whether I was in the right place.
Losing my first restaurant during the pandemic was another major setback that amplified those doubts. It was a deeply personal and professional loss that forced me to confront my fears and insecurities head-on.
Over time, I learned to trust my creativity and embrace my ability to solve problems, even in the face of uncertainty. Those moments of self-doubt became opportunities to grow, and they shaped the person I am today—resilient, adaptable, and passionate about helping others overcome their own challenges.

My work revolves around creating and elevating food experiences. I specialize in food design and restaurant consulting, helping brands stand out by crafting menus, concepts, and strategies that align with their identity and goals. Whether it’s a new restaurant opening, rebranding an existing one, or developing a standout product, I bring a creative, personalized approach to every project.
What sets me apart is my focus on storytelling and innovation. I believe every dish, menu, or brand has a story to tell, and I strive to bring that to life in a way that resonates with customers.
One of the things I’m most proud of is how my work has helped others succeed. Seeing restaurants I’ve worked with thrive and grow is incredibly fulfilling. It’s not just about food—it’s about creating memorable experiences and long-lasting connections.
