Today we’d like to introduce you to Jare’d Goodloe
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’m Jare’d Goodle. I’m a realtor here in NYC. My business is primarily based in Brooklyn but I do service the other burroughs. I built my business out of the mud, from 70 contacts to well over thousands of contacts. I stand on this, the person I’m in front of today can lead me to the referral of a lifetime.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It took a very long time to build a name for myself, which I’m still actively building. I have completely changed my SOI, which has been the catalyst in building my business. This has been extremely hard because the circle of those at the top of the chain is hard to break into.
As you know, we’re big fans of Real estate agent . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I service the customer in front of me! This is challenging because in my business I have to juggle 5-10 clients at a time. There could be fall out and delays but I have to remain top of mind with those right in front of me.
