Today we’d like to introduce you to Corinne Eckert.
Hi Corinne, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
When I was a teenager, I saw Justin Bieber perform at Madison Square Garden. As I saw Justin on stage and felt the crowd’s energy, I just knew I was supposed to be on stage doing something similar – creating a space where everyone is present, alive, and having fun.
This became my dream, but as I got older, I quickly learned to keep it to myself. When I talked about my goal of “being famous”, people would laugh at me or tell me that I should “get a real job”. This added to my own limiting beliefs and ultimately led me to putting this on the backburner for over 10 years.
Fast forward to 2022, a conversation with my friend brought me back to my goal. At the time, I was running my own branding and business development business, longing to empower people and speak on stages.
“How long are you going to put this off for?” She asked.
I said I’d start the following year; to which she responded, “And then you’ll put it off for another year. You need to start now.”
So I did, and I’ve spent the last few years working toward my goal. I have learned firsthand the power of strong mental performance, personal healing, and believing in yourself. I have stepped into the role of High Performance and Breathwork Coach to help others cultivate these skills for themselves while I continue on my journey.
My ultimate mission is to raise the world happiness level by empowering people to tap into their truest potential and go after those goals that no one else believes in. I believe that if everyone did that, they’d be living their happiest and most fulfilled lives, which would create a ripple effect of empowering others to do the same. I say I want to be “famous”, yes, but that is the means to an end. Being famous will allow me to reach more people and make a greater impact.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No journey that elevates you is a smooth road. There are smooth parts, sure, but if it’s smooth the entire way, you’re not growing. For me, some of the biggest struggles (besides the normal imposter syndrome and self doubt) were holding the vision and letting go of the need for validation.
We grow up in a society that teaches us to follow what others have done (go to school, get a college degree, work in corporate, etc.) and to impress others in order to get to the next level (be the best candidate for the job or promotion, be the best athlete in order to make the team, etc.). While these ideals are good in certain situations, they can be really detrimental if you are trying to break out of the mold.
Holding a vision that only you can see truly tests your belief in yourself and your faith in the unknown. There were countless times when I was ready to give up because I felt so “crazy” for thinking that I could be a household name. This invited me to really dig deep within myself, and from that, I realized that my self confidence was lacking. I struggled to trust that I could make things happen. I feared being an embarrassment and a failure. I didn’t believe that the unknown wasn’t scary. Practicing holding the vision took a LOT of inner work, and still to this day there are times where my belief wavers, but I am lightyears ahead of where I was, and I am excited to say that bits of this vision have already come to life.
Letting go of the need for validation is part of the reason why holding the vision can be a difficult task. When no one is believing in your vision, cheering you on, or encouraging you to keep going, it can be tough to be the sole source of that. You start to question everything you’re doing. This, again, opens up an opportunity to dive deeper and be your own source of inspiration, support, and excitement. From my experience and that of my clients, when you cheer yourself on first, others follow suit.

We’ve been impressed with Corinne Eckert, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
You *know* if you are made for more than what you’re currently doing. There is this gut feeling you have that you’re unfulfilled and not activating your potential. You have a vision, but limiting beliefs are clouding your ability to see the next steps clearly. If this resonates, keep reading.
Through my coaching practice, we will find that clarity together and unlock your potential. I am a High Performance and Breathwork Coach helping entrepreneurs, athletes, and executives get out of their own way, tap into their true potential, and bring to life their visions that no one else believes in.
What sets my method apart from other mindset and performance coaches in the space is the blend of mindset coaching, ThetaBreathwork, and strategy. The mindset coaching and ThetaBreathwork modalities are the mental and emotional part of the process – they help clients release suppressed emotions, reprogram subconscious thoughts, and shift their identities to reach new levels. The strategy is the physical part of the process – creating habits, actions, and plans to consistently move forward.
Everyone can benefit from this work, which is why there are offers for every level:
The Accountability Club is a monthly membership for people looking to build their strong foundation of habits and routines. This community holds a mix of live calls, resources, check-ins, and a group chat to start and keep the momentum going.
Evolution Coaching encompasses multiple 1:1 mentorship opportunities customized specifically to each client based on the support they need. These high-access containers are for the high performers looking to quantum leap in their lives and businesses and bring their visions to life.
ThetaBreathwork sessions are transformative sessions delivering 1:1 personal breakthroughs, designed to get you unstuck and provide clear action steps on how to move forward intentionally.
Please note that currently my business is under my name – Corinne Eckert – but that may change in the future. You can always find the latest information on my instagram, @corinne.eckert

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
Just start. If you are a high performer, I know how difficult that is to do. You want everything to be planned and perfect, but the truth is, when you first start anything, you won’t be the best. There will be times you trip, and there will be times where you don’t know what’s next. Give yourself the space to try things out, to be a beginner, to fail. It will be hard to overcome that and your ego will fight you, but the best advice I can give you is to start and learn along the way. Time is passing regardless of if you take action, so you might as well take action and find what works and what doesn’t, instead of waiting until things are “perfect” (because honestly, they never will be).
