Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Jones

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?

I simply started my hair journey my 11th grade year of high school. I’ve always wanted to learn about the ins and outs of hair so I decided to sign up for a cosmetology class called the Bryant Center. The Bryant Center would take you off campus to attend a hair class for a hour and then they would bring you back to school afterwards.I was only able to attend that class for a semester but I knew there was way more to learn. By the time I got to college i decided to major in cosmetology. I ended college with a degree in cosmetology and barbering. Which lead me to the path that I am on today.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

This journey has not been an easy one I will say that lol but I will never complain. I have had things to happen like not having a reliable vendor which could have possibly cost me clients, I have experience testing out hair from a vendor and right when I was about to launch my hairline they quit being a vendor and i couldn’t get in touch with them anymore, to just simply having vendors who are not nice and do terrible business. There have been several bumps along the way but i appreciate them because they always guide me to becoming a better business woman.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?

BBrand Xtensions is a luxury hair extension line that I created and decided to launch in 2020. BBrand sells everything from hair extensions, wigs, wig essentials, hair dryers, bonnets, flat irons and more. We definitely aim to make all women feel good and beautiful all while providing the best quality hair and service possible. The thing that I am the most proud of with the brand is how much we have grown since we first launched up until now and there is still so much more to do! Another thing that I’m proud of is just how much of an impact BBrand has on women. I get so many messages with good reviews about how much women love their hair after they install it. I also get pictures as well and I can definitely see that’s BBrand is a confidence booster and I love that!

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?

Trust the process, dont be scared to make mistakes and when you do be sure to learn from them, be fearless…Never be scared to do or try anything, and lastly give 100 percent at all times… you never know who is watching you, even if they act like they don’t care it may take you further than you could ever imagine.
