Hi Allison, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started ALL Media to bring my expertise of media buying, advertising and planning to small to mid size brands who weren’t able to hire a large Ad Agency and who also who didn’t know what the advertising costs are and the opportunities out there in the media landscape for them. We are in our 10th year in business and have proudly worked on over 250 brands and counting!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
When a client of ours gets acquired and they go on to a larger agency that they have been folded into from the new owner, it is always a loss to our bottom line. However, it means we have done our job. Our role is to grow a brand from unknown to undeniable through our media offerings and placements and when they grow, that means we have hit our goal. We have been so fortunate that we have a good reputation and our business is 95% referral based which means that when we lose a client, we usually gain 2 or 3 more new ones.
We’ve been impressed with ALL Media LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

What’s next?
Continued growth and new hires are on the docket for 2025. We are always learning new media opportunities for our clients and what works for some 6 months ago, may not be relevant now. It’s a never ending road of growth and we love every minute of it. There is something else big for 2025 but I am not able to share it at this point in time.
