Hi Akseli , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?

Certainly! My journey began when I was just a teenager with a passion for creativity and a hunger for success. At the age of 18, I found myself faced with the challenge of carving out my path in the world. I didn’t come from a background of privilege or wealth, so I knew that if I wanted to achieve my dreams, I would have to work harder and smarter than everyone else.

I started by immersing myself in books, online resources, and courses about marketing, branding, and entrepreneurship. I absorbed every piece of knowledge I could get my hands on and applied it relentlessly. Armed with determination and a willingness to learn, I launched my own marketing agency from the ground up.

The early days were tough. I faced countless rejections, setbacks, and moments of self-doubt. But with each challenge, I refused to give up. I hustled day and night, taking on any project that came my way and pouring my heart and soul into delivering results for my clients.

Slowly but surely, my hard work began to pay off. I started to build a reputation for excellence in my industry, and word of mouth began to spread. I focused on delivering exceptional value to my clients, constantly refining my skills and staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

As my agency grew, I surrounded myself with a team of talented individuals who shared my vision and passion for success. Together, we continued to push the boundaries of what was possible, taking on bigger projects and expanding our reach into new markets.

Today, my agency stands as a testament to what can be achieved with determination, perseverance, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. While the journey has been far from easy, every obstacle and setback has only made me stronger and more determined to succeed. And as I look towards the future, I’m excited to see where this journey will take me next.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

No, it definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. In fact, it’s been anything but smooth. The path to building a successful marketing agency from scratch has been riddled with challenges and obstacles that tested my resolve every step of the way.

One of the biggest struggles I faced early on was the lack of resources. Starting out as a young entrepreneur with limited funds meant that I had to bootstrap everything. I had to wear multiple hats – from CEO to janitor – and often had to make do with whatever tools and resources I could afford. It was a constant balancing act between investing in the growth of my business and managing my personal finances.

Another significant challenge was overcoming the stigma of youth and inexperience. Many potential clients were hesitant to trust a teenager with their marketing needs, preferring to work with established agencies with years of experience under their belt. I had to work twice as hard to prove myself and earn the trust of clients, often going above and beyond to deliver results that exceeded their expectations.

Additionally, the fast-paced nature of the marketing industry meant that I had to constantly adapt and evolve to stay ahead of the curve. New technologies, algorithms, and trends were emerging all the time, and I had to invest time and effort into staying updated and learning new skills to remain competitive.

Of course, there were also moments of self-doubt and uncertainty along the way. There were times when I questioned whether I had what it takes to succeed, whether I was making the right decisions, and whether all the sacrifices were worth it. But through it all, I refused to let fear or doubt hold me back. I kept pushing forward, learning from my mistakes, and using every setback as an opportunity to grow stronger.

Overall, while the journey has been far from easy, every struggle and obstacle has ultimately helped shape me into the entrepreneur I am today. And for that, I’m grateful.

What were you like growing up?

Growing up, I was always a bit of a dreamer and a go-getter. I had a curious mind and an insatiable thirst for knowledge, always eager to explore new ideas and experiences.

I was also a bit of a perfectionist, always striving to do my best in everything I pursued. Whether it was academics, sports, or extracurricular activities, I poured my heart and soul into everything I did, seeking to exceed expectations and push the boundaries of what was possible.

Despite my ambitious nature, I was also quite introverted and introspective, finding solace in quiet moments of reflection and self-discovery. I cherished my alone time, using it to recharge and cultivate my creativity.
