One of the things I realize looking back as a business owner is that I was hesitant to ask people for their help. I initially set out to do everything on my own. There are people that are willing to get on the bus with you in the early stages. When you’re in that grassroots phase, people that truly see the potential in you want to be attached to your success. If I could do it all over again, I would seek a team immediately.
