My team and I worked remotely well before the pandemic; in fact, we’ve only ever been a virtual company. When Covid hit in 2020, we were able to continue working without any disruption whatsoever. We had one slow month, and the government’s payroll protection program saw us through, and then work picked right back up and we were able to get back to what we’ve always done: help people with their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters so they can be more successful job seekers. Customers from all over are now able to personalize their tea flavors remotely! Read more>>

Kailey’s K-pop was never just a location. It was a dream that was made possible through friends, family, and our very supportive community. As I look back to where our store was versus how it’s changed today, there isn’t much. Our name is very much alive in any events we may participate in. Staying at home and pushing our business on all social media platforms is the new norm in this century. We bring our merchandise wherever to whoever at any time. I feel that remote work allows us to branch out in new ways while focusing on different aspects of our lives as a team. Read more>>
