Helping more people thrive doing what they love or are passionate about means helping more folks learn from those who came before them and so we asked successful entrepreneurs, artists and creatives to tell us what they would do differently, knowing what they know now, if they were starting over.

If I were to start my business over from the beginning, I would do everything much differently. Not saying what I did in 2020 was incorrect, but with the capital I had at the time I could’ve saved much more. I would have spent the money on people who were more knowledgeable than I was in real estate, rather than trying to figure it out myself which had cost me more time in years for things I could have probably got done 10 years less than I actually did. I would’ve made a better game plan and vision for my company and put the right people in place, rather than letting it just “fall in place” without any guidance. I also will never negotiate my value ever again. If you pay the right people, you get places faster. It’s all about who you know, what you know; if you think you know it all, you won’t get very far. You can only go so far by yourself, but much further with others involved. Read more>>
