Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyriee Kasper

Hi Tyriee, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?

I founded Extraterrestrial Music Group October 9th 2020. As of recently I have started Beyond The Stars Marketing with Javon Shaw from Nashville Tennessee. I initially started my marketing career around the same time I got into music, I started studying and learning marketing/promotion. Everyone I was around in Pittsburgh at that time, businesses, artist and brands all had the same complaint, Marketing. I initially started offering free services, building up to $30 a week or $100 a month in which I would blast a specific content for them across social media with the goal of getting that individual or entity the most exposure possible.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

Oh no, definitely has not been a smooth road. I’ve had many ups and downs and still continue have them, that’s apart of the game though, apart of life. The majority of the struggles I’ve dealt with is rejection overall, what I stand for and what I envision isn’t what’s popular.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

Beyond The Stars Marketing is a marketing/promotion agency providing quality, authentic results for brands, businesses or music artist while offering 1 on 1 capabilities. What we are most known for is using our abilities to provide authentic results and a quick time span than most can offer while remaining authentic as well our creativity. I’d say what sets us apart the most is that we genuinely have interest in helping people succeed long time. We are help first, although it’s a business, we don’t allow money to replace the priority, which is being able to be reliable, affordable, genuine and leaving our clients with double if not triple the results than they initially had when we started. Extraterrestrial Music Group is an Independent Record Label where we offer Management, Development and some distribution opportunities.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.

My view on risk taking is simple, no risk no reward. In order to achieve greatness, make history or achieve anything major, at some point everyone had to take some risks. The only thing is, for a true risk taker, it’s not really a risk to us because we have such a strong belief in it and the move we are making. I just think it’s important to really dissect every risk and make sure you know which ones to take.
