Today we’d like to introduce you to Randy Belham.
Randy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my journey as an entrepreneur young and the belief that I could build anything I set my mind to. And I did. Over the years, I founded and owned multiple businesses: an elementary private school, a summer camp for kids, a digital signage company, an event management company, and even a scuba diving magazine. Each venture brought big wins and painful lessons.
At first, it was all about the hustle. Scaling businesses, making money, and pushing forward, no matter the cost. But that mindset came with collateral damage—burnout, stress, failed relationships, and moments where I questioned everything. Success felt empty when it came at the expense of my health and happiness.
Then, everything changed. I spent three months living with monks in Thailand, learning Anapanasiti meditation and the power of being present. That experience rewired the way I approached both life and business. I realized that entrepreneurship is definitely about scaling businesses, but more importantly, it’s about scaling yourself as a human being.
That led me to coaching. I became certified and made it my mission to help entrepreneurs who have achieved financial success but feel stuck, lost, or disconnected from their purpose. I now coach business leaders worldwide, helping them master their mindset, rebuild relationships, and find fulfillment beyond financial wins.
I have lived on both sides of the coin.
Building businesses and burning out, finding success and feeling lost.
My coaching is real, practical, and built on experience. I do not teach theory; I help entrepreneurs transform their lives because I have walked the same path.
Today, I focus on empowering entrepreneurs and business leaders to build success without costing them their happiness. Through coaching, speaking, or writing, my goal is simple: help as many people as possible create wealth without losing themselves.
That is the journey so far. And I am just getting started.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not! Lol!
The road has been anything but smooth, and honestly, I would not have it any other way. Growth comes from challenges, and I have had my fair share of them—personally, financially, and emotionally.
One of the most challenging moments of my life was losing my mother at 29. Grief is one of those things you cannot outwork or ignore. It demands to be felt. I learned that grief is not something to be “fixed” but rather a process to be accepted. It teaches you to sit with your pain, observe your thoughts, and feel your emotions without judgment.
That experience shaped me, helping me become more present and, later, in my coaching practice.
Financial struggles? Part of the entrepreneurial DNA. There is this stigma around entrepreneurial bankruptcy, but that is a fixed mindset. Entrepreneurs face cash flow problems, and anyone who says otherwise is not telling the whole story. I have had moments where I was flying high and others where I was barely scraping by. The difference is how you respond. I see financial setbacks as data—not as personal failures. When the stakes are high, you need a solid support team, the ability to pivot, and a daily financial monitoring system to navigate volatility. Money problems do not disappear—you get better at managing the waves.
Then, there is the impact on relationships. Not everyone will understand your path. I have had relationships that could not survive the entrepreneurial rollercoaster, which is painful. Some people see your success and think it is effortless. Others see your struggles and do not want to be around when things get tough. That is part of the game. You have to be okay with losing some people along the way, but are you okay with the ones who stay?
They are gold!
At the end of the day, the struggles are what shape you.
Entrepreneurship is about mastering resilience. Every challenge I have faced has made me a better entrepreneur, coach, and, most importantly, a better human being.
We’ve been impressed with Randy Belham Life Coach, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a life coach for entrepreneurs. I work with high-performing business owners and leaders who feel stuck, unfulfilled, or burned out.
My coaching is about helping you find purpose and alignment in all areas of life.
I specialize in mindset, emotional intelligence, time management, and habit mastery. What I call the four corners of entrepreneurialism
Every entrepreneur is different, and my approach is holistic.
I blend coaching, mindfulness, neuroscience, and high-performance strategies to help my clients thrive without losing themselves.
What sets me apart from other coaches?
I have walked the entrepreneur’s path and faced hardships before finding fulfillment.
I coach from experience, not just theory.
My direct and results-driven approach incorporates deep inner work and mindfulness practices to create fundamental transformation.
Of course, I have also been recruited for business strategy. I help entrepreneurs rebuild their inner and outer worlds.
When your mindset, emotions, and habits align, success becomes effortless.
I am proud of how my brand is built and of the entrepreneurs I coach scale and improve their relationships, mental health, and overall well-being. The greatest success stories are financial wins and seeing my clients find happiness and purpose in their lives again.
A significant milestone this year was the launch of my journaling book, The Daily Journal That Transforms Entrepreneurs.
This journal is designed to help business owners reflect, grow, and set intentional daily goals. I believe in practical tools that create real change, and this journal is a game-changer for many of my clients.
But hear me out: entrepreneurship does not have to cost you your happiness.
You can be wildly successful and live a fulfilled, balanced life.
But that starts with doing the inner work of understanding your habits, mastering your mindset, and designing your life with intention.
If you are a high-level entrepreneur who feels unfulfilled or struggling in your relationships, I can help you get back on track.
You do not have to do it alone.
Coaching is necessary for leaders who want to thrive in all areas of life.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I am also an actor.
I have been in a few short films in Montreal, and I have a premiere this spring.
I have always been drawn to acting. There is something powerful about storytelling and expressing emotions in a way that connects with people.
In a way, acting and coaching are connected. Both are about understanding human nature.
I always bring out authenticity and real impact.
