Today we’d like to introduce you to Erin Summ.

Hi Erin, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?

I’m a Confidence Transformation Coach now, but I grew up very shy and was this way most of my life. However, I always knew I was put on the planet to make an impact. Throughout my life I put myself in many situations, groups and businesses to help me grow personally and develop my confidence, so that one day, I would be able to make the impact I knew I wanted to make. In 2008, I took a huge leap and joined Passion Parties in order to grow my confidence. I spent five years doing parties, selling lotions, potions and things that went buzz in the night, growing my team to Executive Director status, and regularly being top in sales on my team. It was during this time I also had my first life coach. I fell in love with coaching and the transformation it provided. I knew this was what I wanted to do with my life, to support other women to transform their confidence through building their self-worth, believing in themselves and stepping into who they truly are, so they could reach their visions for their lives.

Once certified as a coach, I began speaking, something that absolutely terrified me, but I knew was necessary to spread my message and grow my business. My first speech was completely written out and I read it, word-for-word, with my face hidden behind the pages. BUT, I did it! I kept pushing past my fears, taking baby steps and big giant leaps, one after the other, to become the confident woman I am today, and I continue to do so, because the journey never ends. And it’s not just about getting outside my comfort zone. It’s about exploring, recognizing and working on the areas inside myself that don’t feel worthy or deserving.

Over the years, I have continuously developed my confidence, self-worth and belief in myself and have hosted many of my own events, done countless speeches and hosted an incredible, transformational retreat. I plan to do more of all of these, and I also dream of hosting international retreats.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

Definitely not! The road of personal development and business is never a straight path. There are ups and downs, highs and lows, steps forward and steps back. If anyone ever tries to tell you it’s easy or straight forward, they aren’t being honest about the journey.

For me, being shy and transforming my confidence, I had to look at and overcome a lot of limiting beliefs and fears in order to grow into the confident woman I am today, and the journey continues forever. I’ve come a very, very long way, and there is always more to uncover and transform.

I had to look at and change a lot of beliefs not only about myself but about what I could have and create. I had to do deep inner work to feel more worthy of my big vision. There have been many times where my vision was bigger than I felt I was worthy of, so I had to dig deep to remind myself of my value and worth, and each time I up leveled those things, my success also grew.

I am a Confidence Transformation Coach and I support struggling women entrepreneurs and professionals to truly believe in themselves and feel worthy of reaching their next level. I support them to overcome their fears of being seen, criticized, unworthy and not-enough, change limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs, to be confident, bold, and stand in their power, so they can actually create their vision for their life, business and relationships.

I absolutely love supporting my clients to transform their confidence and self-worth. It’s such a gift to witness them overcome their limiting beliefs about themselves, and to begin to truly step into who they are and shine their bright, beautiful light. I have had several clients even decide to become life coaches themselves, which is such a testament to the work we have done together, developing their self-worth and self-belief.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?

For me, success is helping women have deep transformations, knowing that I made a difference. I am a strong believer in the ripple effect, meaning each individual I reach, they in turn will also make more of a difference for others, and the impact will continue to magnify and reach more and more people across the globe.
