Today we’d like to introduce you to Ellie Cooke

Hi Ellie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.

My interests in the human body, various healing modalities, and the spiritual realm have been life-long. Kundalini yoga was love at first try for me! I quickly became hooked after trying it in the spring of 2019 and had already completed teacher training by the end of June 2020.

Practicing Kundalini really helped me live in my body, and suddenly, everything I’d spent my life struggling against made sense to me. I surrendered. I healed. I began to love without limit. I began to play. I began to create.

Reiki and sound healing are huge components of my healing journey that I’ve connected with deeply and now utilize as tools to help other people discover their own process for unearthing soul ambitions.

Every moment of my life propelled me to where I am today. I accept and embrace my life fully.

Wholeheartedly, I believe that every person has unique love to share that gives meaning to their existence. Most ideally, we live our love. My job is to support people in living lives they love so that the world can be a happier, lighter, brighter, more loving place by offering a variety of services that foster a loving relationship with Self.

I facilitate experiences that, when repeated, change people’s perception of their existence to the perception of their preferred reality. I help them realize and maintain their preferred frequency.

I love what I do! I love that my learning and healing will never end and I love that I get to share my passions in ways that help others do the same. With each passing day, my spiritual practice deepens and my connection to the infinite loop of love, light, and lessons passed through my vessel from all life before me is palpable and appreciated.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?

The road to running a successful business hasn’t been smooth. Some challenges I’ve faced include:

– Doing everything myself – I’m a busy person! I designed my logo and built and maintain my website. I take my photos and write my posts. I answer my messages and schedule my sessions. I build engaging classes and healing sessions. I continue to work on my own healing and evolution into the best facilitator I can become. Maintaining balance so that I’m pouring from a full cup has been a learning curve!

– Market saturation – Las Vegas is filled with talented spiritual practitioners.

Although starting my own business has been challenging, the rewards have been worth it.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?

I’m a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Sound Healer. I teach people how to heal their energy so that they are empowered to live in love and live and love.

I think what sets me apart from others is my openness. Many of my clients are in my home and know me intimately. I share my personal experiences and teachings and I offer intimate space to facilitate healing. I’m honest about what I think. I’m honest about what I don’t know. I’m open to learning from every situation.

I’m most proud that my brand is authentically me. I’m fully aligned with my work and it’s invigorating! Additionally, I’m proud of the Divine Tribe of healers that’s growing every day, because every soul light that shines brighter makes our world better.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?

I’ve had the good fortune of learning from a lifetime of wonderful teachers, and it’s worked well for me to be a good student. I believe that learning as much as possible from as many different people as possible, staying receptive to new or opposing information, and responsibly sharing information is a lovingly beautiful way to network. Following the heart into interests that ignite passionate queries often leads One onto meandering paths where the right counterparts suddenly appear.
