I helped a school teacher in Washington DC build a real estate empire. Early in my career I worked at a call center for Countrywide and did loans for people all over the country. Countrywide was big in subprime mortgages at the time which means that I could do loans for people with bad credit. Joyce was a school teacher that owned a row home in DC that she purchased with a special teacher grant so her out of pocket was very minimal to buy. Washington DC is a very expensive place to live and eventually she had filed bankruptcy. We connected shortly thereafter since she was looking to alleviate her mortgage payment. Read more>>

Most recently while working as a voice artist, I submitted an audition through Audible and got the right to produce a new book about AI. When speaking through the platform email to the author, she expressed to me that she loved my audition but was hesitant in general, as he had hired two voice artists prior and they had terrible communication, with one completely ghosting her halfway through the project. My company and I help small businesses across the USA get more customers through Google Maps. During the pandemic we had a client come to us, on the verge of going out of business. Absolutely — one of the most meaningful success stories I’ve had the privilege of being a part of involves a client in her late 20s who had struggled with acne since her teenage years. By the time she found me, she had all but accepted that breakouts were just part of her life. She was a working professional and a mother, juggling a lot, and although she carried herself with grace, I could see how deeply her skin concerns affected her self-confidence. Read more>>
