As a parent myself, I wanted to honor and celebrate my child’s creative journey but didn’t have the time to design a DIY photo book or the patience to navigate the cost and long timelines of box services that do it all for you. There was no middle ground—no simple, quick, and affordable way to turn piles of art into something beautiful and meaningful. Scribble Art fills that gap by offering an intuitive, efficient, and affordable way to celebrate your child’s creativity without the stress.

What’s been the most exciting part of the journey of taking this product from idea to real life?
The most exciting part of bringing Scribble Art to life was surprising my kids with the very first prototypes of the books. Watching their faces light up as they flipped through the pages and listening to them share the inspiration behind each piece of art or the process of creating it was unforgettable.

In that moment, I realized Scribble Art was about so much more than the physical books. It was about the joy and pride it brought to my children and, even more, the creative confidence it inspired in them to keep exploring and creating. They were so excited to share their work—not just with me, but with anyone who walked through the door, proudly showing off their creations as if they’d published their first masterpiece.

If you had to boil your product or brand down to one core message – what would that message be?
At its heart, Scribble Art is about honoring and showcasing a child’s unique artistic journey. Every piece of art a child creates is an expression of their imagination, curiosity, and individuality. In an increasingly digital world, where so much creativity gets lost in the endless scroll, Scribble Art offers a tangible way to elevate these creations, turning them into beautifully crafted books that show children their art—and their creativity—matters.

What’s next on the product or brand roadmap?
We’re excited about what’s next for Scribble Art as we continue to grow and enhance the experience for families. For the holidays, we launched a larger book format, giving families even more space to celebrate and showcase their child’s creativity. It’s been amazing to see how this new size allows for a bolder, more impactful presentation of artwork, making each piece feel even more special.

Looking ahead, we’re focusing on adding more customization options for our books. We want parents and kids to have more ways to make each book uniquely theirs—whether that’s through personalized covers, custom layouts, or additional design elements that reflect the child’s artistic journey.

Another exciting area we’re working on is improving our AI models. One of our goals is to further enhance how artwork is processed and showcased in our books. We want the final product to look even better than the original pieces, while staying true to the authenticity and charm of the child’s work. This means preserving the heart of each creation while refining details to make colors pop, textures shine, and every brushstroke or crayon mark feel as vibrant on the page as it does in real life.
