Here’s what the onboarding process looks like for new clients: First, go to dialservicesllc.com and book a 30-minute discovery call. After booking, you’ll receive a “Get Started” questionnaire by email. This questionnaire helps us understand your business type, challenges, and monthly goal before our call. During the Zoom discovery call, we’ll review your needs and how our service can help, 30 day timeline and monthly pricing. If approved, you’ll receive a proposal outlining a statement of work, including a 50% deposit to begin and provide us with view-only access to Shopify analytics dashboard. Once we’re set, we’ll conduct pre-scheduled weekly 30-minute Zoom follow up chats to keep progress on track and ensure your goals are met.

Here in Knoxville, I’ve connected with groups like Women In Entrepreneurship, Let Her Speak, Black Coffee Networking, Knoxville Women in Tech, and the Tennessee Small Business Development Center, all incredible communities that offer key resources to start, grow, and scale—often at little to no cost. Accepting help, telling your story, and sharing your purpose are powerful ways to connect with your ideal customers. Don’t go at it alone; with the right support and a compelling story, you’ll see your dreams soar. I remember the words of Martin Luther King Jr.: “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step,” and Proverbs 15:22, which reminds us, “Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.”
