Shari, thanks for joining us again. We’re so excited to have a services focused conversation today. Can you bring our readers up to speed on the service-offering side?
I am a Psychic Medium, a Grief Educator and a Hypnotherapist. As a Psychic Medium I connect my energy to the energy of those I’m working with to gain insight into what is going on in their lives as well as what may be coming up to help them gain clarity about their direction and make more informed decisions.

In my work as a Medium, I’m connecting with loved ones in the spirit world to bring forward information and evidence which can prove continuity of the spirit and that the souls of our loved ones are indeed still with us. They are always with us, continuing to exist in another form. They truly are just a thought away.

Hypnotherapy is about shifting how our subconscious mind is programmed and what beliefs are lodged there. Through hypnosis, limiting beliefs can be changed and the mind can be opened to other possibilities such as losing weight, stopping smoking, building self-esteem or changing a habit.

As a hypnotherapist, I build a therapy script that is going to work for the client to help them move in their desired direction and I have seen firsthand how this work can make a huge difference for things people are struggling with in their lives.
And, as a Grief Educator, I work with people who are navigating a grief journey. Whether that’s the loss of a loved one, a pet, the loss of a relationship or even a job opportunity. Grief comes in many forms and too often, people don’t know how to navigate it. As a grief educator, I help client who are mourning loss, regardless of what kind, to walk that path in a more meaningful and peaceful way, to feel they’re not alone and that there are tools and suggestions to help them go forward in a more peaceful, and hopefully meaningful, way.

This work is so important to me because the ability to help those seeking clarity, seeking connection with loved ones or seeking peace in their lives is such a powerful thing. This work can literally change people’s lives, and it is such an honor for me to do this work and help people walking these paths to go forward in a different way. So often we can feel like no one understands or that we’re alone in the Universe when that is simply not the truth and bringing these connections to the foreground can be very powerful. I am truly honored to be part of helping people in this way.

Regardless of what kind of a session is being selected, I always take a few minutes to chat with the client and have an idea of what they’re looking for. With mediumship or psychic work, we do that at the start of a session which creates a better connection going forward in whichever direction is desired.

With hypnotherapy, there is an initial conversation to discuss the issues at hand. After that, an interview is scheduled to discuss the situation more deeply as well as the direction the client would like to go. Information gathered through the interview process is used to create a meaningful therapy to guide the client towards a new thought process. Sessions are also recorded, and a copy is shared so the client can listen to the recording daily to help in achieving the desired result.
Checkup phone calls and follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed to ensure the client is moving in the right direction and, new therapies are recorded on an ongoing basis as needed.

Who is this service for and who is it probably not a good fit for?
All services are available for anyone over 18 years of age, seeking clarity, connection or change. Minors who are at least 15 and accompanied by an adult may also book appointments.

For mediumship specifically, it is important to see how you are feeling before scheduling a reading. If hearing from your loved one would be upsetting, it is better to wait a bit longer. Our loved ones want to connect with us, but they don’t want to cause us pain. Only the client knows what is right for them and I suggest setting up a quick call before scheduling in cases where a loved one has very recently passed.

If you had to boil your services or brand down to one core message – what would that message be?
If I had one core message to share it would be that we’re not alone in the Universe. Our loved ones in spirit are much closer than we think, and they try to help us more often than we know.

Plus, there are angels, guides and even spirit animals trying to show us ways to go forward that will serve our highest good. It’s up to us to listen and trust, which isn’t always that easy to do but the more we try, the more they can help us and what a comfort it is when we can truly believe they’re there.
