Kamini, thanks for joining us again. We’re so excited to have a services focused conversation today. Can you bring our readers up to speed on the service-offering side?
My services are all about empowering individuals—whether they’re high-achieving professionals, teenagers navigating life’s complexities, or parents striving to lead with love and balance. At their core, these services focus on guiding people to reconnect with their authentic selves and find harmony between their personal and professional lives. What Inspired Me?
This work is deeply personal. As a parent of five, a high achiever, and someone who spent years in an abusive relationship, I’ve lived the stories I now help others rewrite. I understand what it feels like to lose yourself in perfectionist, people-pleaser, or overachiever roles. My journey—marked by resilience, self-discovery, and the bravery to step away from what no longer served me—inspired me to create services that offer others the tools I wished I’d had.
Critical Components of the Services
Coaching Across All Ages: From Social Emotional Learning (SEL) classes for high schoolers to ADHD coaching, teen coaching with Cognitive Behavioural Coaching principles, and professional coaching for therapists, executives, and high achievers.
Trauma-Informed Leadership: Workshops designed to help leaders create safe, effective environments that prioritize mental health and connection.
Emotional Intelligence Building: Teaching individuals and teams how to recognize, name, and manage their emotions to improve communication and relationships.
Frameworks for Lasting Change: Practical, approachable frameworks like ‘ITSOK’ (for perfectionism), ‘ENOUGH’ (for teen stress), and ‘LEADER’ (for imposter syndrome). These simplify complex struggles into actionable steps.
The Problem I Solve
There’s a common thread among my clients: they feel stuck, unseen, or exhausted from chasing ideals that don’t serve their happiness or health. Many are navigating hidden struggles like imposter syndrome, toxic relationships, or emotional overwhelm. What’s missing from the market—and why my services are needed—is the combination of empathetic, relatable coaching with actionable frameworks that meet people exactly where they are.
What Makes My Services Unique?
My services stand out because they merge authenticity with strategy. I’ve lived through many challenges my clients face and come to the table not just as a coach but as a partner who gets it. The blend of trauma-informed insight, tools for emotional regulation, and the ability to help clients take manageable steps toward change creates a truly transformative experience.
This work is extraordinary for:
Parents and Teens: Helping families thrive through SEL skills, ADHD coaching, and support for navigating modern pressures.
High Achievers: Offering a safe space for professionals to address imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and toxic productivity without shame.
Leaders and Educators: Guiding them to build emotionally intelligent environments that foster trust and collaboration.
My mission is simple but profound: to help individuals and families rewrite their stories and reclaim their joy.
What’s been the most exciting part of the journey of taking this from idea to real life?
The most exciting part has been witnessing the transformations of the individuals I envisioned when this journey began. When I first imagined this work, I saw people—overwhelmed parents, anxious teens, high-achieving professionals—searching for a safe space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Seeing that vision come to life and experiencing those transformative moments firsthand is indescribable.
Watching someone go from feeling stuck, unseen, or unsure to standing in their power, gaining clarity, and rediscovering joy—it’s the ultimate reward. Every breakthrough, every realization, and every step toward authenticity is a reminder of why I do this work. Knowing that I’ve helped create a space where someone feels safe enough to be their most authentic self is magic. It’s one thing to dream about making a difference; it’s another to see it unfold right before you. That’s the part I’ll never stop being in awe of.
Is there a core message, value or ethos you are trying to communicate through your branding and marketing?
At the heart of everything I do is this message: You are enough, just as you are—but you also have the power to grow, heal, and thrive. My branding and marketing aim to communicate that we can embrace our strengths and struggles, understanding that authenticity and self-discovery are the keys to living a fulfilling life.
I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and validated. Whether through coaching, social media content, or workshops, I aim to remind people that it’s okay to feel vulnerable, make mistakes, or pivot. Growth isn’t linear; being human means constantly striving to align with our most authentic selves.
Another core value I emphasize is strength in vulnerability. We live in a world that often glorifies perfectionism and overachievement. Still, I want my audience to know that true strength comes from embracing our imperfections and asking for help when needed. My brand is rooted in the belief that self-care isn’t selfish, setting boundaries isn’t mean, and redefining success is empowering.
Through my work, I aim to inspire others to step into their power, reconnect with their values, and lead lives filled with purpose, joy, and connection. This ethos isn’t just something I teach—it’s something I live, and that’s what makes the message so deeply personal and impactful.
What’s next on the service or brand roadmap?
What’s next is all about expanding the impact. While one-on-one coaching and smaller workshops have advantages, I’m passionate about reaching and empowering even more people. That means stepping into more speaking engagements and holding larger, more accessible workshops to create transformative experiences for bigger audiences.
I envision hosting events tailored to specific needs—like helping high-achievers overcome imposter syndrome, supporting teens through emotional intelligence and resilience-building, and guiding leaders to adopt trauma-informed and emotionally intelligent practices. By doing so, I can connect with a broader range of individuals and offer practical tools they can take back to their lives, families, and workplaces.
Another key part of the roadmap is refining and scaling the frameworks I’ve developed, like ‘ITSOK’ for perfectionism and ‘ENOUGH’ for teen stress. I want to integrate these tools into workshops, speaking events, and online resources so they can serve as powerful catalysts for change on a broader scale.
Ultimately, the next step is making this work more accessible, inclusive, and far-reaching—creating a ripple effect of transformation that starts with individuals and extends to communities. It’s an exciting vision, and I can’t wait to see it come to life.
