Do you have any interesting customer success stories you can share about folks for whom your product was a great fit?
An old co worker I use to work with hit my DM. He asked me for a hoodie and a hat. I responded with what he wanted on the hoodie, he stated his last name on the back and gave me creative control on the lettering and permission to put any design on the front. I had a great idea of what I wanted to do so, I worked on the project for a couple of weeks.

I had shown him the rough draft of his last name, he liked it. Then I went to work on it, made a video, edit the video, and also shown my work station. When I finished the project, the customer was very impressed, excited, and appreciative.

I sent him the invoice but he was on vacation overseas, but it took a while to respond back and forth which was no problem. He gave a tip along with the purchase with even the price out. Also he was very impressed with the packaging, the communication, and the delivery.

After, working on his project and showcasing his hoodies and hat on social media. It boosted my company value and worked. His video is one of my most viewed TikTok post so far. It also brought me more business, views, and recognition. He mentioned he will purchase more in the future and I gained a valuable customer.

How do most people hear about your product?
I market my products on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, plus SnapChat. Marketing is my biggest tool I take very seriously and love. I be very surprised when customers post my merchandise and be so happy and appreciative. It really does put a smile on my face and let me know I really got something. Also, I self market too when I’m out and about in public I get a lot of requests and recognition. So many people be shocked how much I’ve worked on my brand, the accomplishments I have gotten, and the growth.

What are you most thankful for?
I’m thankful for anybody supporting the brand whether it’s through purchase, views, shares or telling me keep up the good work. I’m noticing and seeing I’m inspiring others to start a business, store, or even sell items. It’s a great feeling to inspire others. Reason being you truly don’t know who is watching, learning, and studying your journey.
