Today we’d like to introduce you to Sharon Robustelli
Hi Sharon, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
When I launched TEN3 Public Relations in 2019, I thought, “We can handle PR for anything.” After all, with 25+ years of experience across industries—from entertainment to household brands—I’d already worked on just about everything. But once I started the agency, I quickly realized it wasn’t just about what we could do; it was about *who* we were doing it for. That shifted everything.
I started attracting clients who reminded me of myself: driven, professional women who had already achieved success in other areas and were now stepping into the founder role. They weren’t just looking for a PR partner—they wanted someone who understood what it takes to build something from the ground up, someone who shared their vision and passion. These women were focused on creating businesses that truly serve others, whether through products, services, or ideas that make a difference for women and families.
That’s when TEN3 PR found its purpose. Today, we’re all about helping female founders amplify their brands and build their authority. Whether it’s through our PR services or my *Female Founders’ Guide* digital courses, I’m passionate about empowering women to step into the spotlight and create the impact they’ve always dreamed of.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’ve definitely faced my fair share of challenges along the way. What’s interesting is how different the obstacles are now, as a founder, compared to when I worked for someone else. Back then, it was navigating office politics or trying to break through the glass ceiling. Now, the focus is on things like keeping the new business pipeline flowing and making sure I’m reaching as many people as possible with my expertise.
One of the biggest challenges is finding that sweet spot between serving my current clients and bringing in new ones. It’s a constant balancing act—one that requires me to recalibrate often. That said, I’ll take today’s challenges over the ones I faced earlier in my career any day. These challenges come with freedom, creativity, and the ability to build something that’s truly my own, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.
As you know, we’re big fans of TEN3 Public Relations. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
TEN3 Public Relations is all about launching brands and helping female founders elevate their personal brands and build real authority in their industries. Whether through strategic PR services or my newest focus “The Female Founders Guide” digital courses, I’m passionate about empowering women to step into the spotlight and grow their businesses with confidence.
What sets TEN3 PR apart is that I don’t just bring over 25 years of experience working with big brands like P&G, J&J, and the WNBA—I also understand what it’s like to build something from scratch. I’ve walked that founder journey myself, so I know the challenges and triumphs firsthand. That’s why I focus on more than just delivering results; I work as a true partner for my clients, sharing their passion and vision every step of the way.
One of the things I’m most proud of is expanding my offerings to include digital courses that make PR strategies more accessible to female founders at every stage of their journey. It’s exciting to not only help my clients land media placements but also teach them how to position themselves as go-to experts in their fields.
If there’s one thing I want your readers to know, it’s that building a recognizable, respected brand isn’t just for the big players; It’s possible for anyone willing to show up and put in the work. And with TEN3 PR and my courses, I’m here to make that journey as impactful and empowering as possible.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Wow! I’ve learned so many lessons throughout my career journey, but the most important one is this: there’s nothing anyone else has that I don’t. In other words, I already have everything I need to succeed—experience, drive, and the ability to adapt. The key is staying focused.
In staying focused, I’ve discovered that consistency is the secret ingredient. No matter how I’m feeling on a given day or what challenges pop up, I focus on what could go right and keep moving forward. It’s that steady, intentional effort that keeps me aligned with my vision and moving toward my goals.
