Today we’d like to introduce you to Mary Treen

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?

My journey from where I started to how I got to where I am today spans over a decade. Ignited when I realized I was desperately trying to fit into a life and career that didn’t align with my inner calling.

As a child, I had a profound sensitivity to people, animals, and the natural. Yet, I neglected and buried my intuitive gifts, stumbling through a life of trial and error.

I found success in the corporate world, but it came at a steep cost. It took a heart-wrenching divorce and a seemingly never-ending dark night of the soul to make me realize I couldn’t find the light alone. So, I reached out for healing support.

Through my journey, I began to accept my whole self, rediscovering the guiding light I had been seeking. It was waiting patiently within me the whole time.

I reconnected with my empathic, intuitive & energetic gifts, unveiling layers of clarity about how I truly wanted to live my life.

Enter energy work and the transformative power of Reiki, which first entered my life during the aftermath of a devastating accident. These healing modalities revealed my purpose, even though my initial skepticism lingered.

The call to study these practices myself became undeniable.

Once I embraced my calling, everything illuminated within me! From a Level 1 Usui Reiki practitioner to proudly holding a full Usui Reiki Level 3 teacher certification.

I also delved deeper into more energy healing practices, including training in many profoundly impactful techniques. As well as receiving my certification as an End-of-Life Doula. All these modalities help me create more holistic care for your energy and all levels of our being – mind, body & spirit.

While cultivating & developing my natural intuitive and empathic abilities. To this day I continue my learning to expand my skill set. My unique blend of healing techniques proves incredibly effective across virtual connections through Zoom and beyond.

This has become a huge plus for my clients who have busy schedules & can be deeply supported from the comfort of their homes.

It quickly became apparent that merging my intuitive abilities with distance energy healing was the missing piece of the puzzle—the ultimate key for serving and uplifting others.

I am living the life I dreamed of as a certified Intuitive Guide, Energy Healer and Meditation Teacher. I also host my podcast ‘Intuitive Seek,’ which is a grounded approach to all things energy and intuition. And I am so grateful to support sensitive souls from around the globe through challenging cycles of their lives so that they can thrive in their transformation to remember that everything they think is missing is already within.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

The road I traveled has not been smooth. At the beginning when I was still working in my corporate career, I was left feeling empty and made my quest for some kind of purpose feel urgent but it often seemed hopeless.

I was burnt out. I was neglecting my well-being, creativity, and true needs left me grappling with an unmanaged anxiety disorder, deep frustration, and a nagging sense of dissatisfaction.

I wondered many times if I would ever find it. Or if I had missed my chance to truly be myself in a career and life that I loved.

And once I finally remembered how I wanted to express my purpose and help people. I was met with a whole new list of challenges, fears and doubts that could have caused me to quit. Creating a new life and business for yourself is not easy, the path is not smooth. I was fortunate enough to have the support and community I needed to stay the course. To keep going when the volume for my fear and doubt was turned up to 11. I have all the tools to get back to my centre and allow my heart to continue to light my way.

I love this question! I feel happiest when I am living with an open heart, an interested mind & clear intentions.

Whether it be through my intuitive healing work, my creative expression or spending quality time with my friends and family – I am happiest when I am grounded in my purpose and heart.

This is a gift my journey has given me – to finally remember what a happy life means to me, which also allows me to help so many beautiful souls remember where their happiness is too.
