Today we’d like to introduce you to Lacie Dillon.
Hi Lacie , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my career as a PA-C in pulmonology and quickly decided I wanted something a little faster paced. I landed a dream job in general surgery where I practiced for right at seven years. During the last year I took a dive into aesthetic education. I soon realized there was a lack of knowledge around this topic and quit my job to take on med spa owner full time. This was right during Covid and was risky, but felt a pull to take the leap. I’ve been blessed with the best clients and have grown so much as a provider in a field that some see as “fun” however there is so much more to the art than that.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No! Money to start in the med spa industry is super expensive. The overhead, managing employees, and learning at the same time was not that simple.

We offer Botox, filler, laser, facials, chemical peels and medical grade skin care just to name a few.
We are set apart by our passion for clients and education/knowledge of treatments and procedures.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
My husband has been my biggest advocate. He has taking on the financial responsibility of our family while I’m working at my dream. He has supported me along with friends and family to keep pushing for more. I have developed an outstanding team that have the same passion for people and aesthetic medicine.
