When we started our business, my sister, Susan, and I knew we wanted to include some type of charitable component. We decided it would be really neat to focus on the needs of our local communities and support charities that are doing work where we live. Our hearts break when we consider all the loving animals who, through no fault of their own, await adoption in shelters. That’s why we started the Fetch The Sun Animal Shelter Sponsorship Program. Since founding in 2019, we’ve donated a portion of every single sale we’ve ever made to animal rescue organizations. Each month we select a shelter and sponsor it for that month. The causes we focus on revolve around military non-profits and military families nationwide. Our name derives from the original 10th Mountain Army Division formed in Vail, CO’s backyard at Camp Hale. From day one, it has been built into our organizational philosophy to give back to those women and men who serve. It can take the form of product donations, merch donations, financial contributions, in-person support, no charge to use our space, or daily discounts for the military.
