Ilsa Manning | Ilsa Fragrances Founder and Fragrance Designer

This story warms my heart so much! I was contacted via email from a customer who had placed an order late on a Thursday. He was reaching out because he needed the order, which was a birthday present for his girlfriend, by Sunday. I saw the email late on Friday and, on first glance I felt so downhearted! I thought this would be impossible because fine fragrances are not allowed to be overnight shipped by air to due the fact they are a hazardous good (perfume is highly flammable because of the alcohol content!). I took another look at his order and, luckily, saw this customer lived in Phoenix, where Ilsa Fragrances is based! Read more>>

I had taken over two vacant listings from another agent who was not getting any traction in the market. No showings and no offers for well over 6 months. I recommended staging the homes since they were all very similar in this condo community and little to make them stand out. Once we had them professionally staged I brought in a real estate photographer, rewrote the listing description to highlight some of the best features of the home and produced marketing videos that I spread across the web, we had offers on both within 7 days and sold at full asking price. Sometimes you just have to do things differently and marketing homes is one of my specialties! It helps that I have a marketing degree from University of Texas at Arlington. Read more>>
Kim Armstrong | Principal Designer and Owner of Kim Armstrong Interior Design
I was working with a client who wanted to do a pretty significant remodel. They were gutting their kitchen/living area and adding a room above the garage. They worked with an architect for an entire year and never found a floor plan they loved because they had a fire place smack dab in the middle of the room that the architect never thought of moving. I took a stab at the plans and instantly knew the fireplace needed to go and that resulted in a beautiful flow to the design for their family. This resulted in the open area they wanted for the kitchen and allowed for a mudroom/office area off to the side, a gorgeous walk in laundry room and an open plan kitchen, family room, dining room. Creating customer success isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution; it depends on the specific needs presented by the customer. On a daily basis we meet customers’ needs by responding to requests in a timely fashion, having an easy client process, and exceed their expectations when executing the job. Once a solid reputation develops, customers sometimes make requests outside of our normal service offering. These calls provide us with an opportunity to explore related business services, test our company’s limits, learn rate values, and sometimes help us identify what we shouldn’t offer as a service. One such customer had used us several times in the past to haul off unwanted household items. Read more>>
Chris Coady | Shipping Store Owner

Over 2020/2021 a customer using our products/services was able to move from being a retail customer to a business customer. She took the time and money savings to grow her business. Decreasing her cost to ship allowed her to gain greater margin per sale while having the lowest cost online. Resulting in her business growing large enough in 2022 for her to go full time and quit her 9-5. Her appreciation for what “Shipping by ELI” has done for her business helps motivate us to grow our product and service offerings. Win win. Read more>>

In 2011, Casey Davis, a medical supply salesman, called me with obvious distress in his voice. He shared that he was nominated for the salesperson of the year at his medical supply company. He said he was afraid he was going to win. He admitted he almost hoped he would not win, because if he won, he would have to give a speech at the award ceremony. In that call, it was obvious to me that Casey was a man of excellence who could be held back if he did not learn to become comfortable speaking in front of groups. He was so talented at sales that he succeeded beyond every other salesperson in his company. Yet he was afraid to speak to groups. Read more>>

I love what I do! My job is so rewarding that I really enjoy what I do and I don’t think many people can say that. I feel fortunate enough to help so many parents out there that are struggling with their child’s sleep, and in turn not sleeping themselves. There are so many success stories from my Clients since I started over 8 years ago. I have worked with single parents, who are just trying to work 2 jobs to keep up with their child, and spent sleepless nights driving their child around at night just to get him to sleep. I’ve worked with parents that are on the brink of divorce because their child has taken over their bed and they no longer share a bed, and with the lack of sleep have lost their connection. Jeff Edwards | International Entrepreneur

A number of years ago a major oil company approached one of our distributors in Latin America asking how we could prevent downtime and lost production in their producing fields. They were utilizing a similar product in the manner that had been recommended by a major manufacturer. We studied the application and began to realize, that just switching products was not the answer. Our response needed to be totally outside the box. Not to get too deep in the “technical” weeds, we recommended using 4 units, placed in strategic locations and incorporating a unique technology that we had currently been using in other industrial arenas. We then invited them to our laboratory for witness testing to validate our proposition. Read more>>

Clients seek out my talents to bring a vision to reality, often involving family heirlooms, so every commission has its own unique success story. However, the story of this project imprinted strongly with me. My client was cleaning up her mother’s estate after she passed away. As is so often the case, the estate had many cherished items, but so many things had fallen to disrepair. After experiencing this “sorting and cleaning” process firsthand she vowed to herself to not leave anything to her children that was broken and in need of repair. Read more>>
Lai Ubberud | Psychic, Medium, Animal Communicator, Past Lives. New Age Advisor, Writer, Panelist, Radio & TV Personality

Lai Changed my life. I first met her for information about my past lives. I was always afraid of large crowds and was constantly worried that my children would die. She told me that I had died as a child in the gas chamber in WWII. This also explained my lifelong fear of anesthesia. I hadn’t even told her about that! After I had this awakening my fear disappeared. I cannot tell you how freeing it was to be released from that prison of fear.Read more>>

Rachel Tate-Study | Professional Makeup Artist/Cosmetologist

With over 30yrs in the beauty business there has been so many success stories. I have two that stay very vivid in my mind because both were experiences that I will personally never forget. Both of these have to do with permanent Brows. The first one was a older lady that came in and she had been to another artist and oh boy what a mess. She had one brow that was almost inch higher than the other and one came almost to center of her nose. She was in tears and I really wasn’t sure if I would be able to help her, but with lots of patience and a lot of appointments we fixed her up. She cried, hugged and thanked me!! 20yrs later she still comes in to have them refreshed. Read more>>

I am fortunate to work with companies and businesses nationwide, in every industry from Academia to Utility companies. One healthcare organization in particular, Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, has been a customer of ours for years. We established our B2B relationship in 2015, and have been providing chair massage services for their hardworking nurses, doctors, and staff at 6 hospital and medical locations in Fresno and Clovis on a regular basis. When COVID hit, our corporate and event massage services flatlined. Due to the new remote working structure, our clients sent their teams home. No more offices, no more massage services. Read more>>

During Covid, our Park & Preston was fortunate enough to have the line to get into Trader Joe’s in front of our store for 18 mos!! That allowed people who were waiting in line to be able to look into our store and see what we offer. We propped our door open on nice days, and many were excited to know what we did that didn’t know before. One such lady went on to Trader Joe’s and came back to explore our store and what we offered. Some days later she bought her husband into the store and they LOVED it. We asked what they did for a living and found out that what they did and asked if they needed holiday gifts! They did and the rest is history. Read more>>
