In today’s day and age, it’s all about being inclusive. The majority of us have to work to make a living, and one step to make it comfortable and stress-free (not including the stresses that come with the job), is to being inclusive and respectful of everyone. Throughout my years working different industries since the age of 14, inclusivity has progressed, but it is still not where it should be in any field. My struggle with inclusivity primarily focuses on mental health and the discussion around it.
