After having experienced several paranormal events and seen unidentified objects in the sky, nothing shocked me until a client came to my office, hoping to uncover more details about their experiences when they witnessed UFOs. Once I regressed them back to their childhood, just prior to an event that they previously described to me, a plethora of information surfaced. As I used forensic style questioning, my client spoke with the soft voice of a child and described moving balls of light and finding themselves on a surgical table, surrounded by beings that were about three or four feet tall. Well, Where do I start? I’ve actually had a few crazy moments. The first one was on my first deal I forgot to get the keys from the lockbox and the other agent picked up the lock box. The next week the clients called for keys. I had to figure out how to locate them, lol. I have never done that again. I always get the keys from the lock box right after signing at Title. The second crazy moment would have been when my repeat customers asked me to meet them at a rural home that was for sale. You should have had the cameras rolling on that day. Read more>>

The loss of my father was the single most significant event that led to the birth of my business. This truly rocked my world! After navigating the world without him for 20 years +, I decided to forgive him. Our reunion was everything I had dreamed of as a child. The constant communication and “I love yous” I had envisioned were in full swing. I had everything for 255 days, but then I lost it all. The sudden death of my father sent me spiraling downward. Despite my promise to God, I turned to things I had promised not to do out of despair, loneliness, and confusion. I didn’t understand why my dad died so suddenly. A rocky road of mental torment plagued me; depression, suicide, anxiety, fear, and pain were constant companions. Read more>>

It was my first weekend I decided to start becoming more independent when working markets that could be done by myself since I had not done so prior. I asked my friend Sam to be there with me for moral support and just in case service did get overwhelming but I didn’t expect anything crazy. I was set up on Larimer Street, the weather was beautiful, and everything was running smoothly. Out of nowhere the block became a wind tunnel with it picking up everything in it’s path. Wind is my worst enemy when doing pop-ups since I work out of a mobile tent.. Read more>>

So being in the podcast world, its always best to network with fellow podcasters both near and far. I discovered this early in my journey as a podcaster. As months and months go by my instagram followers increase. One podcaster in particular I would message from time to time just to be friendly. One day I decided to message her to see about possibly being on my show and she said basically at the moment she was very busy so reach out to her at a later date. Read more>>

I started my food truck business where I served in the same spot everyday on the intersection of Sheridan and Colfax. It was a very difficult side of town to operate in due to it is a high crime rate area. I ended up knowing everyone in that area. All of the hard workers, the police, the homeless, and the others making their money in maybe a not so honest way. It was a constant to challenge to manage everything going on in the area, from people constantly begging my customers for money, to people passed out on drugs 30 feet away from where I was trying to sell food and grow a business, Read more>>

We have always had a community of wonderful customers. One of our favorite customers, Jim, was enduring his wife’s long illness and would seek refuge in our corners as a means of escape and solace. After his wife passed away, Jim was deeply grieving, but still finding comfort in our tea. When his wife’s birthday rolled around, Jim ordered his tea and then bought a $1,000.00 gift card!! He asked us to use it for every customer that day, all day, in honor of his wife. Grown men grew teary eyed as we told them who was paying for their tea and why. Read more>>
