Today we’d like to introduce you to Silvia Flechoso

Hi Silvia, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?

I have been fascinated by art since I was a child so much that I preferred to stay painting at home than playing with my friends in the park. I grew up with the dream of becoming a real artist. I studied arts in high school, philosophy and fine arts at university to realize that my path was outside the academic world, so I began to walk my own path, building my artistic career step by step. After a few years, Ineditad Gallery became interested in my work and has helped me to grow as an artist. In 2021 he took me to the Art Madrid art fair, where my work La Pietà rose to fame, becoming a media phenomenon. Since then, I have received awards, I have participated in exhibitions and fairs and I have recently begun to collaborate with the La Panartería gallery in Madrid, where I have recently done a solo show called: LA SANGRE Y EL ORO

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?

When you want to reach heights there will always be obstacles along the way. It is precisely these obstacles that make one grow and are therefore necessary. Obstacles are the blessing to evolve and achieve greatness.
The biggest obstacle is your own fear.
Fear creates an enemy and builds a wall to protect you, but this protection is itself an obstacle that locks your growth, success and wealth.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

Art is a sophisticated access to consciousness through contemplation and pleasure. It is amazing to think how a work of art, a simple object, has the power to completely change people’s energy and make them, based on that energy, make different decisions than they would have done without the presence of that magical object.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?

When you have worked very hard and you don’t get the results it is because your goal is higher. Patience is your great ally and there is no way to make shortcuts or save a cent of the price you must pay to achieve what you want. The result is 1% of the equation, everything else is hard work and trust.
Everything in the art world is about energy.
Things come in the right moment.
Things come when you are prepared to receive and manage them.
A blessing hides a curse.
The curse is the blessing.
Remain always opened to the gifts of Life, which is your lover. There is nothing to fear from your lover, when you understand everything always happens to make you better, to make you stronger, to make you wiser.
