Today we’d like to introduce you to Rev. Joslyn Farray Pierre
Hi Rev. Joslyn , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have many interesting and amazing stories, but this is my most recent one I call it: “Embracing Change: Adapting to New Opportunities Through the Power of Intentions on the Path to Abundance’ In one year’s, time, I experienced a transformative journey that I could never have imagined since returning from Trinidad after over a decade away. I returned home with just one suitcase and a ticket graciously provided for me, to visit my family, take care of some paperwork, and to explore the possibility of staying longer.’ What I lacked in finances, I made up for in determination and resilience. I focused on leveraging my skills in business and my NGO experience to create opportunities for growth. Despite starting with very little, I embraced every chance that came my way, and the blessings began to unfold in remarkable ways. From the moment I landed, I was invited to participate in an exclusive educational honey-tasting experience that opened doors to rekindled friendships and formed new connections. I had the privilege of engaging in several eminent author activities, including our Island Independence Show and the inaugural book festival, which garnered significant attention. I experienced a gigantic financial miracle that changed my life. I was further blessed with several other smaller contributions. This influx allowed me to pay outstanding bills, hire a web developer, and cover essential business and living expenses. Thanks to these blessings, I was able to acquire a brand new prime-quality laptop, a ring light, and other small equipment to enhance my business operations. I even purchased copies of my books to sell, further establishing my presence in the literary world. As a result of my hard work and the opportunities I seized, I was featured in several international magazines and appeared on the cover of ESWP magazine, representing my country in its first-ever launch. Additionally, I had numerous high-profile virtual speaking engagements and was honored with several awards, including an appointment with Ishkama- an outstanding global platform for personal growth and positive impact. A particularly exciting moment was when I was featured on the NASDAQ billboard, a remarkable program that empowered over 100,000 global entrepreneurs _ amplifying my message to a worldwide audience. I also participated in many international podcasts, sharing my journey and insights, which resonated with many. Reflecting on this year, I am deeply grateful for every experience and opportunity. The blessings I received not only helped me financially but also allowed me to connect with a broader audience and make a meaningful impact. My journey from having bare minimum to experiencing such abundance is a testament to the power of resilience and the miracles that can unfold when we align our actions with our intentions.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Huh, It was a mind-boggling road with many pot-holes to navigate; with grace and finesse, I traveled it magnificently. Let me outline the major struggles I experienced:
Financial Struggles: I faced significant challenges with my finances, starting with very little after returning home. Each day was a reminder of the financial constraints I had to overcome to build a new life.
Emotional Challenges: Returning after a long absence stirred feelings of anxiety and uncertainty within me. I found myself grappling with what my new life would look like and whether I could truly adapt to the changes ahead.
Relocation Difficulties: Adjusting to life back home was tougher than I anticipated. Re-establishing connections with family and the community felt daunting, as somethings had changed during my time away.
Professional Transition: Translating my skills and NGO experience into local opportunities proved to be a real challenge. I spent countless hours networking, unsure if I could find the right path amidst the new landscape.
Adaptation to New Opportunities: Spotting opportunities in unfamiliar territory was a test of my adaptability. I often had to take risks, stepping out of my comfort zone to embrace every chance that came my way.
Building Resilience: There were moments when self-doubt crept in, and I wondered if I was on the right path. Yet, I knew I had to cultivate resilience to keep pushing forward, reminding myself that growth comes from overcoming obstacles.
Limited Resources: With minimal resources, I had to think creatively to tackle life’s demands. Each small victory was a testament to my resourcefulness, driving me to make the most out of what I had.
Balancing Family and Personal Goals: Juggling family responsibilities while pursuing my ambitions was a constant balancing act. I often questioned how to satisfy my obligations while striving for my dreams.
Stepping Out of Comfort Zone: Embracing new experiences pushed me beyond my usual limits. Each opportunity was a chance to grow, but it required me to overcome my fears and take bold steps.
Building Confidence: As I faced various challenges, building my confidence became essential. I worked hard to silence the doubts, celebrating my achievements and recognizing that I was capable of far more than I had previously believed.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What brings me the greatest happiness is witnessing women break free from limiting beliefs and take care of their incredible temples. It fills me with joy to see them experiencing peace, love, and joy in their everyday lives. I am passionate about helping them understand their intrinsic worth and success, recognizing that true fulfillment comes from within and is not defined by material possessions. Being able to immerse myself in the abundant nature of our luxurious Caribbean island adds to my happiness. The beauty that surrounds us serves as a constant reminder of the richness of life and the potential we all have to thrive. Seeing women embrace this journey of self-discovery or recovery and empowerment truly inspires me, as it reflects the transformative power of love and self-care
