Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick Ray.

Hi Nick, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?

Consistently perfecting my craft. Since I was 9 years old, I learned guitar, bass, drums and recording. I started out teaching myself production on a 8 track recorder along with songwriting

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Of course not. Haha. It never is. Things and people always got in the way of my music. I also would get in the way of myself. Over time you learn how to conquer that.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?

I am known as a songwriter/producer/performer. Iam most proud of where I am today due to touring. Touring was something I always wanted to do and now I can.

What were you like growing up?

I was a mixture of a lot of things. I was loud and outgoing in school, class clown. But also an introvert. I would lock myself in my house for days rehearsing and creating music. I was an outcast at times. Some people hated me some people loved me.
