I believe that you don’t need any special camera gear, lighting, props, etc. to make art happen. I’ve been taking photos for about 6 years now and some of my best work has been just setting up a table cloth in front of a window and finding random props in my bedroom. Most people believe you need the best equipment to take amazing photos, but I don’t. If 5 years ago I was handed the nicest camera gear I probably would’ve just taken it for granted. Read more>>

I’m not sure I would say it is something that others disagree with, but I feel as though a lot of photographers want to keep their retouching, team, locations, and process, a secret. I’ve always felt that it’s important to help others and provide information that can be helpful or make someone better. If I were to tell you exactly how I retouched a photo, I think everyone would do it differently. Same with shooting at a location. Everyone sees things differently and has their own style! As a dog breeder, we get a lot of heat from Humane Societies and groups who are advocating for no more breeders. I don’t think those people understand breeding in general, let alone how much work it takes. I agree with the fact that there are thousands of animals that need homes and that pets should be kept from breeding. It’s up to the owner to spend the money to get their pet neutered, and you can keep them from breeding without neutering or spaying an animal. Most of the companies in the Managed Service Provider space, are first and foremost engineering companies. When they look at acquiring and supporting customers, they focus primarily on the technology they have used and understand. In most cases, this is the same technology they have been using since they entered the business. In some industries this might be a good thing.
