Today we’d like to introduce you to Avidon M. Respes.
Hi Avidon M., thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
If I were to go through my complete story we would be here for ages so let me give you the most important details.
Even though the brunt of my experience would happen in my later years, my life-long dreams had been planted well before I even knew the importance of them.
As a youth I was given the freedom to think and imagine about the endless possibilities for my life, but as I got older I quickly understood the reality of it all.
For as long as I can remember I have been involved in organized sports which gave me structure to perform in a team like setting. Besides sports, I took part in a lot of youth networking events (mostly religious), and I’ve always, always had a love for cars… Just to give you some background about me.
These three areas are important because they would set the stage for where my life would be headed into the future. Throughout the years, my mother coddled me with the belief that “you could do anything that you put your mind to”, even though I tried to believe that… My results did not display this.
If you were to ask anybody who knew me from my past, they would tell you with full confidence that they believed that I would become a professional soccer player. I went to many tryouts for semi professional and professional level teams only to be overlooked and rejected.
Everybody makes being an athlete sound like the most amazing opportunity, but the truth behind the matter is much different than all the light we see.
I had no idea the amount of politics that are in the frameworks of professional level sports. I actually thought the games were legitimate, until I learned more about the system; that’s when I knew I would never make it.
The last time I would try out for a pro level team would be when I lived in Israel. Despite my performance, which was much better than the competition, I still wasn’t given any type of real opportunity. At this point it was up to me to figure out what I would do next.
Let’s rewind a little bit…
Previously in 2009, I was jobless and back living at home with my parents doing nothing. The dead-end jobs that I did have weren’t working out, and I guess you could say I was in a transition phase after being fired from a job that I believed was a good fit for me. I was now left stranded with no hope in sight.
At this same time, my father and my sister were part of a network marketing company, where they were learning high-level tactics in leadership development to help build themselves a “personal business organization”. The tactics that they were learning were providing them with the proper structure to be able to sell products directly to clients, and additionally build a strong downline support team to help generate even more sales.
Since I wasn’t doing anything anyway, my father and my sister offered to pay for my start-up costs to join them in the business which inevitably gave me no other choice.
After going to a couple of meetings, I started to actually get involved and put in some effort. It was one distinct presentation though that changed my life forever. Luckily I was still young, most of my peers were in college and I was sitting here listening to the talk of a lifetime. This speaker was explaining in depth about a concept called the “45 year plan”.
The speaker said that according to the United States Bureau Of Labor Statistics, (a U.S. government agency that collects, calculates, analyzes, and publishes essential data to the public, employers, researchers, and other government agencies to support public and private sector decision making regarding labor market activity, working conditions, price changes, and overall productivity measures within the U.S. economy), we are all on a 45 year career plan.
That being said, generally in America we start working at 20 years of age, most likely during our college years, where we find a position in the field of which we are studying. This creates an essential pathway for us to accomplish what we know as the “American dream”. This is where you work at a job that you love for most of your lifetime, enjoying the fruits of your labor along the way, looking forward to a joyous retirement at the seasoned age of 65 years old.
The typical expectation is for this concept of living to yield “the time of our lives”, where we will finally be able to self-sufficiently obtain all of those things we’ve wanted as kids, but now as adults. After this, we plan on enjoying our “golden years” where we can appreciate what we’ve done, and live off of what we’ve earned through hard work. The unfortunate truth to this concept is that it’s mostly false.
Here’s what’s false about it:
1)The fact that you’ll be able to retire comfortably after working such a long time within a company that no longer provides the necessary systems for your transition into retirement seamlessly and advantageously.
2)During the 45 years after you get started your climb up the corporate ladder, experiencing salary increases steadily as appointed, you build a life, travel, have a family, buy a decent car, buy your first home, and mark all the checks in the boxes. Only to find out that when you finally decide to retire you’ve accumulated substantial debts from education, living, and transportation realizing that your pension is only a portion of the income that you once generated, and now you feel stuck.
-Of course this scenario isn’t concrete for everybody, for me I saw it as a very realistic possibility which I DID NOT want the results of.
As the speaker kept talking about the “45 year plan” I was able to visualize it right before my eyes, I saw exactly how it looked, and I wanted no parts… Fortunately, they gave a solution to this problem. The solution they were offering was more of a 5 to 10 year plan… Based off of business development, within 5 to 10 years you could generate a substantial amount of income to live off of well into your retirement.
Although the solution they were offering was tied to their network marketing business model, I was still very interested to see how it would play out for me. The underlying concepts of the business model were rooted in leadership development, but they also made sure to teach and educate us on entry-level sales and marketing tactics. Aside from all of the leadership training, this network marketing company was clearly involved in direct sales.
I had tried one or two other sales gigs before, this was the first one I would take seriously as it was considered my own business.
Now, before this speaker concluded, he covered one more critical topic that is supremely essential to your business life, and that is the “Cashflow Quadrant”, originally created by Robert Kiyosaki. If you are not familiar with the “Cashflow Quadrant”, it is simply a breakdown of the four main ways that people generate an income whether that is as an employee, self-employed, being a big business owner, or being an investor.
It’s not hard to guess that everybody wants to be an investor and allow their money to generate more money for them, the hindrance is the amount of challenges involved with finding a proper investment that yields a satisfactory return.
In the “Cashflow Quadrant” book, Robert Kiyosaki goes further to break down exactly what is involved with all four of the quadrants including how to transition between the quadrants. Essentially, the concept is that employees and self-employed people are always going to trade their time for money versus the other side, which is always leveraging other people’ time or money to generate more time and money.
Even though they may say that time is money, it takes time to make money and it takes money to get back your time…
With this new awakening I made a promise to myself that I would become fully invested into my personal development journey so that I could achieve my ultimate goal of success.
Up until this experience I hated reading. I couldn’t even tell you the last time I picked up a book nor could I state the last time I learned anything new. The information that was being shared within this company, especially at all of their events, planted mental seeds and nurtured them into my success forming habits.
Not only was I reading, I was also taking elaborate notes on every bit of information that I could consume. These are just two of the many, many principles that they taught us about leadership success.
Some other things they were always telling us is that “leaders are readers and notetakers”, not to mention, they made it a point to stress how they were not any smarter than us, they just came up with a system that worked.
Touching base with my own research, I did find that there are a lot of fundamental aspects that benefit you immensely from reading and taking notes, these things can prosper you exponentially in the long run; if you do it right.
Following months of being involved in the network marketing business, I was excited to test their strategies in a more real life scenario. I was presented with the opportunity to move to Israel, subsequently, this new adventure would drive me to see how valid their information was without the training wheels.
There’s a unique opportunity offered to any and every Jewish person, that if they want to return back to the homeland and immigrate to Israel, it can be done via a very quick and streamlined process with 1 significant condition… For me, I would have to enlist into the Israel Defense Force given the national requirement of enlistment age of 18 years. Not only this, I would have to prepare for full immigration and nationalism into Israeli society, while upholding their mandatory obligation to join the army.
This was a huge jump for me because I would have to learn a whole other language, a whole other currency, a new public transportation system, different forms of required documentation, popular food and leisure spots, the favorite sports teams, and so much more. Even though I was American, if I was to get the full value from the experience, I would have to fully immerse myself into their culture and become Israeli.
Since my mind was extremely open due to learning all of these new things from the network marketing company, I was ready to learn even more things once I made my jump to Israel.
I was notified concerning my military service, they disclosed to me that due to the fact that I was making this decision at 21 years old, it would put me at an enlistment age of 22, where luckily the service requirement was cut from 3 years to only 2 years. I would spend my first year learning about the country, the culture, and integrate into society, immediately after, I would enlist into the army, having the required timeframe of 2 years military service.
I wouldn’t know my army profession until 2 weeks before my enlistment date, anxiously awaiting this, I tried my best not to think about it, while ultimately maintaining the reality of it, by preparing my life for that day. I tried to earn as much money as I could and minimize my expenses without getting myself into binding contracts like cars or apartments and such.
When it came to my service in the IDF (Israel Defense Force), I was recruited to be specialized in the Military Police, in a Prison Unit, as a Solitary Confinement Commander. Interestingly enough, all of the leadership development training from the network marketing company paid off in a lot of the situations I found myself in.
A few of my close military comrades noticed how I handled things, they also watched how I lived and saw that I did things a bit differently than most people. One of them would listen to the speaker Les Brown, and he suggested that I consider the path of public speaking and possibly life coaching.
I gave the idea immense consideration, sufficiently enough that once I returned to the United States, I would commit to starting my first company which was based on life coaching and success development. What I didn’t know back then was that nobody really cared about my insights or what I had to say, because I wasn’t yet an actual success to them.
Even though I had accomplished a variety of things that most people would never, it wasn’t easily conveyable to them in a valuable way. Despite what I thought was enough to attract clients to help, and build a business off of, I was drastically wrong. My first company was called BRIO Developmental Specialists, where I would encourage people that I would guide them on their journey to success. Yes, the overall concept made sense, and the vision I had for it was OKAY, it just wasn’t THAT THING.
This was around 2014 before the life coaching and mental health movement really took off. Emotional intelligence and knowing when to ask for help were still new concepts to most people, furthermore, my experience wasn’t relatable enough for people to grasp, nor did I know how to properly communicate it effectively.
Regardless of me being back in America and obtaining a handful of experience from working for a few small businesses along with attending a variety of business events, my true quest was only beginning. You could easily say that I didn’t make ANY money with that first business, mostly due to the fact that I didn’t obtain any reasonable clientele to substantiate the business model.
I didn’t give up though, I actually started researching more ways to find clients in addition to applying new strategies to help reach my developing target audience. That’s when I started paying more attention to those digital marketing ads and wondering if maybe that could be a way that could help me earn more money.
I took a few of those “guru” courses, and still didn’t receive any of the results I was looking for. Doing this gave me a new idea though… What if I could create my own course that was packaged with everything I wanted to share, instead of searching for direct 1 on 1 clients?
The foundation of my course was designed to help recharge and reboot your life within the next 8 days using an extremely strategic set of principles. This journey in making my first course not only revamped my perspective, it also opened the door for how I would later launch my next business that would truly be a success.
Frankly when I started, I didn’t have the funds. I had to figure out the process of creating my own course from scratch all by myself. I spent hours watching “how-to” videos on course making, then I had to also watch videos on videography including video editing, since I would be the one filming and editing my content.
After finishing my first course, I recognized a few things that were very different from all of those “guru” style videos.
1. My videos were NOT clear.
2. My audio was NOT the best.
3. My descriptive visuals did NOT connect with the vocals.
4. My physical presence NEEDED WORK.
There was a long list of things I needed to improve if this course was going to be a success and achieve my desired results. Rather than focus on improving the course, I sought to improve myself.
For some reason I had an inner belief that as long as I was on this pathway to development, eventually I would get to where I wanted to be in life. I wasn’t going to give up on business yet, I still had a fire for entrepreneurship inside of me… I was only getting a taste of what this undertaking is irrefutably about.
Business is not easy. There are innumerable amounts of skills and information you must gather if you plan on dominating and making it to the top. As they say, you have to commit to being a life-long learner in order to truly succeed.
Although I didn’t pursue more course making, I did however give a shot at content creation. Creating content was much more direct and simple. I could connect with my target audience using a variety of channels, leveraging some of the most popular social media platforms that host billions of monthly users.
I could do live videos, pre-planned content, I could post photos and share my story with the world at the click of a button… Suddenly my viewpoint about social media was changing.
Maybe I was using it wrong this entire time…
What if I started using social media for my business, instead of just updating my friends about stuff they didn’t care about anyway?
The same type of content that I presented in my course I started sharing more on my social media. A lot of people thought I was crazy at first, they unfollowed me quickly and I didn’t really care. I finally felt like I was moving in the right direction for once.
Giving no attention to my low engagement rate and non-existent viewership when I went live in the beginning, I just kept doing it. Over a little bit of time I started to gain some popularity across these very small, tight-knit communities of micro influencers. My social media friend’s list on Facebook went from like 1,ooo something to about 4,000 people between 2017 to 2018.
The live videos I was doing were getting hundreds of views over time, and I thought that the support I was obtaining was genuine. Until a few scammers went through my whole friend’s list spamming everyone with this ridiculous digital art scheme that ruined my network.
Hundreds of people DM’d me asking who the scammers were and it was a major headache to deal with. I had connected with a lot of those people on personal relationship terms, when this took place it ruffled a lot of feathers which pushed my business further off the brink.
Again I was left clueless with what I should do.
Upon my research, I came across some car videos that I really enjoyed. The way they shot them really captured the cars in a way that was unique and expressive. How did they shoot these videos I asked myself?
Since I was now a beginner videographer, I started to think about ways that I could shoot some new type of content other than just “self-help” material. I remembered when I was younger, I used to go to car meet ups and do things like that, perhaps there could be an opportunity available in this.
I didn’t have any connections, I didn’t have any money, and I didn’t have anything that people would be looking for as a fair trade value. My mind was racing and my heart was pounding; I knew I was on to something, but I didn’t know what. I kept searching and sourcing information from every avenue on ways to improve my craft, I was becoming more and more invested into the visual production process as a whole.
Often you just have to be present in the moment, that’s when things come to you… I was actively searching and looking at videos when I came across one that turned my light bulb on even brighter! — In the video the presenter was talking about the most popular forms of videography, their industries, and pretty much what to expect.
They suggested getting into videography by working with startup musicians and artists. This was an easy way for you to truly gauge your content for what it was in conjunction with the artist’s content/presence. If you’re doing it right, you’ll see growth; plain and simple. This also opens doors, creating access and networking opportunities where your work can finally be seen, even by just a small audience.
After this I started prospecting and trying to get in front of people, however, I still didn’t have a camera. One day I was offered the proposition of working with an artist and using the camera they had; I would just need to be their dedicated visual creator… Without pay.
At the time it was fine because I was learning so much more while executing the work, as opposed to simply being home watching videos all day. This was basically my first time working with a team to build a visual campaign around something… An artist.
Any and every question that was put on the table was immediately brought to me, and I had to find the answers. I had to know how to bring our visuals to life, similarly to the mainstream content we were used to. I had to know how to shoot properly, how to create seamless edits, how to blend audio, and so much more.
I thought I knew a lot after creating my first course… This though, was a completely different world.
This involved more complex editing tactics, much more digital and abstract elements to add into the scene, I had to learn the true definition of “b-roll” and why it’s so important to visual storytelling. I had to learn new shot angles that were intended to procure a feeling that the audience would resonate with, and coming up with proper staging for the artist to be seen.
After working together for some time, I felt I was ready to get my own camera. I became interested in wanting to shoot other forms of content, maybe even produce a documentary or short film of my own… The possibilities now seemed endless.
The artist I was working with planned to go out of town; this would have left me camera-less. I begged and pleaded with my mother to buy me a camera so that I could maintain my work, regardless of my artist being present or not; I was still using their camera for work.
She bought it, and as soon as my camera arrived I got right to it.
A few doors opened up for me, and I saw it as a prime indicator that what I was doing was actually useful. I increased my prospecting to obtain more gigs and work with more startup artists. I was seeing this type of business getting traction… Something was definitely happening.
I still had absolutely no idea who I really wanted to work with, I was open to working with almost anybody. Most of what I was trying didn’t ever go anywhere, until I met a new artist that would later evolve into my business partner for my next business venture.
My business partner and I connected very strongly on fundamental principles, we also shared similar visions for what we desired out of life. The more we discussed our own inner objectives, the more we saw the chemistry brewing. It made it much simpler to share my speculation with them because they did their own due-diligence on the markets, including the overall risk/reward potential.
Would it be worth it to bring this artist in on what I was doing?
While I knew I could have used the help to attract more clients, I was seeing a much bigger picture in the mix, besides, there were a few bigger jobs I could take on now that I had the assistance. With that being said, I saw that a business was forming from the ashes of the one crumbling:
BRIO Developmental Specialists was becoming BRIODS Corporation Of America, a much larger and powerful pursuit.
Following the affirmed commitment of this new artist to become my new business partner, I decided to put a business plan in place to make everything official. We would register the company, open a bank account, and do the necessary things needed to be taken seriously.
December 2018, BRIODS Corporation Of America was born, and our sights were set on this fresh pathway before us. Through BRIODS I would serve the market by producing high quality visual content using a specialized form of dynamic visual production, I would also help with idea generation, planning, and execution of content strategies to help reach more people on social media. Additionally, I would offer more advanced level business strategy sessions for those that wanted to take things up a notch with their brands.
Videography was my way in, and I knew it immediately, nevertheless, even with getting results and seeing things happening I wasn’t yet completely sold… It wasn’t until I came across another video that changed my insights forever.
Mentioning everything that happened along the way to get me here would take us forever, these pivotal moments catalyzed a metamorphosis within me which has been the driving force to my success.
In conclusion to this, anytime I perceived areas of growth, I got active and went in search of more opportunities. I took my camera practically everywhere in hopes that one day would be “THE DAY”. My running around paid off as I was able to find a supporter who pledged $10,000 dollars into our growing business.
They saw the vision, what we had going on for ourselves, and they wanted to play a part in seeing us get there… They even had a very rare car to help us jump start our automotive content aspirations.
With the money they invested, we were able to get some better equipment to make higher quality content. Since I had previous experience selling clothes as a store manager, I had confidence in us adding merch as an “evergreen” type of product to act as a baseline for our supporters to be part of the brand. Among other things, we began participating in strategic collaborations with other supportive businesses to increase our overall market share.
Over time I was able to refine BRIODS into a business that primarily focused on working with: influencers, artists, and entrepreneurs.
How it works is that most of these influencers, artists, and entrepreneurs are not able to produce high quality visual content for themselves, that’s where we at BRIODS serve as the conduit for creating what they need. In addition to this, we are able to provide design services for them in various avenues like merch, digital graphics, cover arts, social media posts, and much more.
One of my current proudest accomplishments is the fact that I’ve been able to materialize my innermost convictions about entrepreneurship into the outside world.
An example of this is my work with Ryan Cala at F.C. Kerbeck, Palmyra, New Jersey:
F.C. Kerberk has a history longer than 100 years, and is the ONLY high end luxury auto dealer in New Jersey. As a child I would visit their showroom with my parents, dreaming about the days I would own a Lamborghini. If you know this dealer, you know that they barely allow photos to be taken of the vehicles; due to the exclusivity of their clientele.
For about 20 years I’ve been going there visiting and just looking at their cars, until such time that my business partner and I would walk in there only to meet one of the owners, and Ryan. Following a very brief discussion, Ryan inquired about our video services and sought to do a trial run, upon which we agreed. Ryan loved our work and to this day we work closely, revealing some of the world’s rarest and most exotic vehicles from Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Maserati, and so many more.
For me I know without a shadow of doubt that all my goals will come true, it’s only a matter of time.
My current launches are my book “The 25 Ways To Make Your Goals and Dreams Come True”, the book can be found on Amazon, but I would much rather people show support directly through our website: www.briods.com – Both the e-book and physical copy can be bought entirely from our site.
I have other projects in motion, but any support shown by ordering a copy of my newest book would be greatly appreciated… In fact, your support will help me gear up to launch my next book, which will be a “from nothing to something” business guideline to help clarify things for you about entrepreneurship even more.
Great Success!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I don’t believe there are any smooth roads to greatness…
You probably know the popular saying: “a smooth sea never made a great sailor, tough times make great people.”
It’s very easy to just sit your boat in the port and call it a day, but it’s extremely challenging to get out there and sail in deep, treacherous waters. I can say that entrepreneurship is a lot like sailing the open seas, the journey seems endless, and you have absolutely no idea what’s waiting ahead of you. Despite what looks to be sunny and beautiful at this exact moment, could actually be a mighty storm brewing in the midst beyond your immediate awareness.
The amount of storms you will experience and have to navigate through may seem infinite, much like knowing “how to choose your battles”, you must know which storms you can more easily conquer than others. Some of the storms throughout life will be more disastrous than others, if you keep your focus on the main objective, you will never be steered in the wrong direction.
For me, most of the biggest “storms” or struggles rather, came from working alongside other people. You never know how things are going to go with other people since they have their own mindsets and ideologies. It may be difficult to find THE RIGHT people that truly support and understand your vision enough to back it up when you’re not in the room.
Needless to say, as an entrepreneur, until you’re “ballin” or “rakin’ in heavy cash” most people will not take your “little business thing” seriously. People will often inadvertently lump you together with your business, not realizing that you and your business are at the end of day, separate entities.
The simple fact that you put everything into your business doesn’t mean that your business is ALL about you. Yes, in the initial stages it might seem as if you’re the only one running the show, but as your organization and brand grows, you’ll naturally need other people in leadership positions that can execute the proper decisions on your behalf for the brand’s ultimate success.
In my experience too many people have seen me as the “solo” face of the brand, when in reality, we have a team, and we’ve been looking for the right people to bring into their respective branches to help BRIODS elevate to the levels it needs to be.
Nonetheless, in the beginning finances are slim so finding the right fit of people can be tough since they cost a fair point in value. This challenge has frequently forced us to be creative, whereas we’re often put in the position to complete more of the work ourselves than what we can afford to get done.
I believe that if more people understood the business process they would be more willing to take the risk in helping grow something together, instead of nothing alone. We all know that nothing is guaranteed, but when you learn enough about entrepreneurship you gain confidence to make even better business decisions down the line.
Finally, the common struggle that me and many other people run into is money. Being able to find the right connections that can support you financially in times when sales are low is crucial to your tactical advantage within the marketplace.
It’s important to understand that once you develop a stable business, you will start to see how your business cycles operate, and most importantly, when your big profit periods are. This is when you generally make your most sales and you don’t need too many external support measures. In the slow seasons, you may need a little leverage to help you stay afloat until things clear up again.
External support is also amazing to have if you plan on expanding your business and need upfront capital; it’s there. Generating consistent sales on top of having external revenue sources can profit you astronomically when you’re trying to keep a positive momentum toward making your business a success.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about BRIODS Corporation Of America?
In a world full of companies offering solutions, we at BRIODS CORPORATION OF AMERICA stand out, not just as a name, but as a movement. BRIODS represents more than just a business, it embodies a distinct mindset. BRIODS stands for: Boss, Revolutionist, Innovator, Opportunist, Developer, and Strategist, these are the essential qualities for success in business and life, and they are at the core of everything we do.
While many businesses can provide you with certain tools to build your brand, BRIODS Corporation Of America is the company you want to align with for all your entrepreneurial needs. BRIODS exists solely for the needs of the influencer, artist, and entrepreneur. These occupations drive most of the economic structures we use every day. We understand that without these businesses and people that create or manage such entities, there would be no financial opportunity available to thrive from.
Think about the child that sells their own lemonade or the child that goes door to door selling cookies, these are key examples of the entrepreneurial spirit starting at even a young age, how much more so can adults benefit and accomplish with the proper infrastructure?
We provide that infrastructure.
Some of our general operations consist of assisting influencers, artists, and entrepreneurs start and grow their brands not only through the digital space, but also in the physical sectors as well.
Two of our most popular services have been:
1) Dynamic Content Creation for automotive brands. Since most sales representatives are very busy they don’t have the time or the means to create the proper content that they want for their digital platforms. This is where we at BRIODS assist them by producing content that sells their brand products and engages their audience in a storytelling like fashion.
2) Social Media Advisory + Social Media Management for growing brands. Majority of people wish to be savvy when it comes to social media, but they’re usually restricted to knowing just the basics. We provide a more detailed illustration of how digital platforms cultivate potential business leads for them to advertise, and sell to.
In addition to these, another way that we’ve been able to help influencers, artists, and entrepreneurs is by discovering alternative forms of generating income that serve as a benchmark for their overall success. We have found that incorporating certain strategic launches like merchandise can create a massive wave of support from new people that have never engaged with your brand before.
The skill set that separates us from the rest is real simple: effective communication mixed with massive execution. When our clients communicate their needs to us we do our best to fulfill their objectives without delay and shooting for over performance. Most often our clients want to be impressed so we seek to deliver those results time and time again. We also openly share the common pitfalls and setbacks that may arise at any given time during the process of development.
Some of the things that I am most proud of when it comes to our brand BRIODS are as such, and I’ll list a few:
Accomplishment A: I’m proud that we’ve been able to generate credible sales and relevant support so that we’re able to truly prove our business concept.
Accomplishment B: I’m proud that we were able to make it through the craziness of 2020 and have officially passed our five year mark in business, with many plans on expansion.
Accomplishment C: I’m proud that even though we may not have gotten the exact results we’re looking for from everything, the results that we have gotten we were able to use as motivation to reach for more accomplishments.
Main thing I would like all of the readers to understand about our brand BRIODS, is that it is incredibly essential not only for the here and now, but also for the future of all businesses.
We have already participated in global projects on a small scale which gives us the confidence to perform as we would like to on a much larger scale. We would appreciate anybody who takes the time to sit down and thoroughly comb through our vision and current execution so they can see exactly where our value proposition stands.
A short list of our products and services are; business coaching, strategic planning, merchandise production and sales, content creation, social media marketing and management, product management, and more.
If you’re looking for a company that values loyalty, integrity, and shared success, BRIODS CORPORATION OF AMERICA is the brand for you. Visit briods.com and follow us on social media to see the incredible work we’re doing. Let’s build something great, together.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
Support is always needed in business, anybody can support us and me, by going to www.briods.com/store and purchasing a copy of my book: “The 25 Ways To Make Your Goals and Dreams Come True”…
You can buy some of our branded clothing to show your support for our mission, too… You can also support us monetarily through a financial endorsement, which we will use to acquire improved equipment, increase sales, and expand our efforts to reach more of our targeted audience.
A huge part of business, especially these days, is collaboration. Over the years I’ve experienced a lot of success working with the right people. Collaboration has honestly grown so much that social media platforms are now promoting the feature for digital influencers to expand their audiences further.
There are huge benefits that come with collaborating and partnering with the right people so here are some traits that I’m looking for:
1)People With A Long Term Vision… Someone who has that 5 year, 10 year, and 20 year vision for their life of where they would want to be.
2)People With Delayed Gratification… It’s not going to happen overnight, but it’s not going to take forever either. The person I collaborate with must understand that this isn’t a get rich quick scheme, it is real life business. Things can go wrong at anytime, yet things will most often go right as long as certain principles are set in place; those would be discussed in a meeting.
3)People With An Attitude To Serve… The main types of collaboration I’m truly, truly interested in, are the ones that have an attitude to serve the larger mission of the brand. Business is never about us, it’s primarily about the mission that the brand is fulfilling. People are in search and are in need of something that brings value or improvement into their lives. The common goal of the team associated with the brand is to make sure that it grows effectively, efficiently, and economically sound.
If this sounds like you, and you’ve liked hearing my journey, let’s connect to see if we can win together!
