I believe my entrepreneurial journey started at a very young age. I’ve always been curious, and if there’s one thing that defines me, it’s my insatiable thirst for learning. From early on, I realized that if I wanted to pursue all the things I was passionate about while excelling at my responsibilities, I needed to make TIME my greatest ally. That’s when I understood that time is our most precious and limited resource.

As I pursued multiple passions while studying for two bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Law and gaining real-life experience in notary offices, law firms, and as a project manager in various research centers, people frequently asked, “How do you manage to do it all without losing your sanity?”

This question became the cornerstone of my mission when I launched my business. I wanted to show others that they could master their time and achieve their goals in a more efficient, enjoyable way without burning out.

So, I decided to start my own business as a Productivity & Business Strategist and International Speaker, while also pursuing two master’s degrees, being a criminal law professor, and working as a project manager. All the while, I learned my fifth and sixth languages and maintained quality time with my loved ones.

However, it wasn’t always smooth sailing. Juggling so many responsibilities eventually led me to experience burnout. This challenging period taught me a crucial lesson: achieving your dreams shouldn’t come at the cost of your well-being. This realization became a pivotal moment in my journey, leading me to develop my proprietary framework, The T.I.M.E. Protocol™. This framework not only boosts productivity but also creates a balanced life where work feels like play.

Through my work, I strive to help others reclaim their time, enhance their productivity, and live a balanced, fulfilling life. By embracing the philosophy of making your business your playground, I believe anyone can turn their dreams into reality without burning out.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?

Of course, I’ve faced many challenges along my journey. One of the most significant was experiencing burnout. As an overachiever and perfectionist, I pushed myself to the brink. However, I’m grateful for this experience because it brought me to a pivotal realization. It was during this challenging period that I developed my proprietary framework, The T.I.M.E. Protocol™. This framework not only helped me recover but also ensures that I maintain a healthy balance while pursuing my goals. Now, I use it to help others avoid burnout and achieve their dreams in a sustainable way.

Another major challenge was not having enough clarity on my ideal client. In the beginning, I tried to serve everyone, which diluted my efforts and impact. Through trial and error, market research, and self-reflection, I gained a clear understanding of who my ideal clients are. Today, I empower 6 and 7-figure business owners to make more money while working fewer hours, scale without burning out, and create more time for what truly matters to them. I also help corporate teams increase their productivity, efficiency, and performance. This clarity has been instrumental in honing my services and delivering maximum value.

Lastly, my insatiable curiosity led me to want to learn about absolutely everything in the market. Initially, this felt overwhelming. But over time, I realized this broad knowledge base is a tremendous advantage. Not only do I understand productivity, but I’m also well-versed in systems, funnels, marketing, spirituality, somatic work, and more. This diverse expertise allows me to offer comprehensive solutions to my clients, addressing their needs from multiple angles and helping them achieve holistic success.

Starting my own business and putting myself out there was also a significant challenge, especially as an introvert. Being on social media, speaking on podcasts, appearing on TV, and speaking at events were all outside my comfort zone. Through training and perseverance, I’ve grown and expanded my comfort zone in ways I never thought possible.

I’m now certain that these challenges have shaped my journey and equipped me with the tools and insights to help others navigate their paths with greater ease and joy.
