Owning a business is challenging – from increasing costs, regulations, competition and more the day to day of being a business owner if often far from glamorous. However, the reason so many of us do what we do is the moments when we are able to come through in a big way for our clients. The moments when we know we’ve made a real difference. Every entrepreneur we know wants to increase the frequency of those moments and so we think one of the best ways to do that is by having people share their stories with others – we can all learn from each other and become better recognizing and executing on opportunities to help our clients win.

Originally, I started my business in 2015. I don’t believe, I realized my true potential back then. As time progressed, I realize how much I enjoyed baking and how much it eased my mind. I stepped outside of my comfort zone and started servicing other people who weren’t familiar to me, like my family and friends. That led to the clientele I have today. My customers have become my family, as I grow in business, they’ve grown with me. Read more>>

She told me her grandmother cried and told her she felt so beautiful. Read more>>

The client experience and their success are my main priorities as a business owner. I define client success as the job seeker obtaining desirable outcomes when utilizing the products created by Johnson Consulting Services. Those outcomes can look different depending on the client’s goal. For example, some clients are actively looking for new opportunities, some haven’t updated their resumes in over ten years and want them to be updated to 21st-century trends, and others are transitioning to a new career field. I take clients’ goals personally because I have been a job seeker in those positions. Read more>>

The little accidental encounter we had recently. We saw a post on one of a FB group we joined that the original poster’s friend was looking for a personal chef for her retreat that she was planning, because her original planned chef canceled the service 4 days prior to the date.
