Today we’d like to introduce you to Narcisse Burchell.
Hi Narcisse, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve made it here by refusing to tell myself “no.” From an early age, I was endlessly curious—drawn to new ideas, eager to try everything, and determined to explore every version of who I could become. I’ve always been a dreamer, the kind who jumps headfirst into new projects and passions without hesitation.
But I didn’t just dream—I put in the work. I got started by shooting my shot, volunteering for businesses I admired, and offering my time and talent just to be in the room. I spent hours studying the greats—watching their interviews on YouTube, reading their books, dissecting their playbooks. I made it my mission to hang out where they hung out, read what they read, and strategically get invited to the places where they partied, worked, and networked. I was eager, intentional, and willing to learn however and wherever I could.
My path has never been traditional. I’ve pivoted, failed, learned, and reinvented myself more times than I can count. At one point, I was chasing the fast track to corporate success. At another, I was immersed in the creative world, organizing events and curating experiences. I’ve managed projects, built brands, and created something entirely my own—often without a blueprint. My career has included many titles—hairstylist, journalist, publicist, graphic designer, creative director, photographer, event planner, project manager—and each role has equipped me with a unique edge for whatever came next.
The one constant? My belief in possibility. Even when the path was unclear, I said yes to things that scared me, challenged me, or sparked something deep inside. I’ve learned to trust my instincts, honor my creativity, and embrace the beautiful chaos of figuring it out in real time. I’ve built a life and career centered around passion, curiosity, and the courage to keep evolving.
Whether I’m launching a new business, picking up a new hobby, or creating moments that bring people together, growth has always been my driving force. None of it has been perfect—but that’s exactly what makes the journey so powerful.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
From the beginning, my journey has been anything but smooth—full of twists, turns, and moments that tested my resolve. There were nights when I could only afford a Hot N Spicy for dinner, and days when I cried myself to sleep because nothing seemed to be working. I’ve lost contracts before they even got started. I’ve lost it all time and time again. Self-doubt, imposter syndrome, rejection after rejection—they’ve all shown up at different points.
But the thing is, I only ever need one yes. And most times, that yes is me giving myself permission to keep going. You should never be the one to tell yourself no. Dream big. Dream bold. Be absolutely audacious—so audacious that it can be confused with delusion.
I’ve faced conflicts with people who couldn’t grasp the vision I had for myself. I’ve questioned my abilities, wondered if I was doing too much, and felt the constant pressure to “niche down.” But that’s just not who I am. I’m a maximalist. I believe in living boldly—embracing creativity, pursuing multiple passions, and being unapologetically extra. That mindset hasn’t come without criticism or self-doubt, but it’s also been the key to my biggest breakthroughs.
And then life threw me the kind of challenges you can’t plan for. A few months ago, I lost sister to cancer and it forced me to reflect deeply on the kind of life I want to live—a life where I’m present, where I create and capture memories that become part of our legacy. Just days after her passing, my heart was ripped out of my chest when my mother was killed in a car accident. Experiencing such profound loss back to back has made this the hardest season of my life and it’s left me fighting even harder to live fully.
Now, more than ever, I’m committed to exploring the things that set my soul on fire and sharing that light with others. Life is too short to play it small. I want to create, dream, and inspire. I want to build experiences that make people feel seen, valued, and connected.
My story is about perseverance, creativity, and the relentless pursuit of joy. It’s about giving myself the freedom to pivot, change my mind, and be everything I want to be—without limits.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
At my core, I’m a creative problem solver who’s in charge of what’s next. My work is all about bringing ideas to life and creating moments that matter. Whether it’s helping a brand connect with its audience through unforgettable experiences or curating custom campaigns that leave a lasting impression, I’m passionate about turning visions into reality.
I don’t just manage projects—I create experiences. We specialize in blending strategy with creativity to engage people on a deeper level. I’ve worked with brands in consumer goods, hospitality, entertainment, and technology to craft experiences that spark joy and build connections. From designing brand activations to curating events and creating custom swag that tells a story, everything I do is about making people feel something real.
I want people to leave an event or interaction feeling inspired, excited, or even a little bit changed. My work allows me to live at the intersection of strategy and creativity, balancing the big-picture vision with the small details that make an idea come to life.
It’s creative, it’s challenging, and it’s always evolving. Just how I like it.
