Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabriela Henriquez
Hi Gabriela, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Our story began when I quit my job at 8 months pregnant, my husband and I decided I would stay home with our baby ,that was soon to be born, so I was getting prepared to be a stay at home mom. I am of the mindset that an entrepreneur will find a way no matter the surroundings. I started my first side hustle when my daughter was a few months old, by buying open boxed baby monitors on Amazon, and reselling them on Facebook market place and eBay!
I realized I could still be in the game while having babies and started crafting to turn a profit on Etsy, which is what ultimately started us into sewing and embroidery!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been a road with a lot of turns. We had to learn to adapt to figure out how and what works for our business. What sells vs. what sells well for us. This is something we might always be learning and changing with the tides. Struggles come and go, but some of them include spacing, storage, moving back stock, correct inventory, and learning your customer base!

We are different from others because we are a husband and wife team, we do not outsource our work, we do it all in house. We have our little kids in the house in our workshop playing and helping us too. We are cultivating a family atmosphere of teaching the next generation of children a good work ethic and how to work as a team.
