The craziest thing that happened to me in a real estate transaction was trying to get rid of an enormous safe that was in the seller’s garage. My buyer did not want it and since I was representing both parties, I had to find a way to get that thing out of there! It weighed almost 1,000 pounds! One client’s home I went to was masked in layers and layers of stacked clothes. When I walked in I could not see the floor anywhere.
