I Think about what it would be like to just have a regular job everyday! It feel a big pressure because everything I do affects not only my future but my team’s future and my family’s. Operating our own firm has been a wonderfully rewarding experience! I first thought about wanting to work for someone else in October 2015. I had started my practice three years prior, but I felt like I just wasn’t doing things right.
