My most recent seller had a property that required an entire update to her listing. From the first day of walking her property and assessing it to give her a better recommendation, I was there every day to ensure all the repairs and updates were on time. When the house repairs went over budget I negotiated a fair price with the company that did the updates to bring the budget down. During the contract and negotiation process, my client and I took the time to review all offers diligently and I made sure I answered every question she had as this was the first property that she sold. When she finally decided to go into contract, I made sure that I was there throughout the entire process to make sure that she was able to walk away with the most profit after all expenses were paid for. There were days that I took from my own schedule to drive by the property and check-in with her on a day to day just to make sure the communication was always there,
