MJ, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
Since been a kid I always felt an special bond with all animals and some how track the ones in need of help. For the longest time I wanted to change my job is sales / customer service field and get involved with helping animals. Finally in 2017 after surviving a very bad motorcycle accident I decided to pursue with my dreams and make them a reality so I started looking at a different options in animal related industry. Knowing my ability to connect with dogs with any behavior challenges made me decide to choose pet grooming and attended proper school to become a certified groomer.
MJ, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
After combining my experience in sales / customer service with grooming I came up with an idea of cage free grooming which provide a much better grooming experience to the dogs and their parents. Not spending hours in a cage while waiting to get groomed has helped many dogs with high stress level and anxiety, Short visit to the groomers have made them much more comfortable and happier. Now about 8 years later I am a proud owner of the highest ratted cage free and mobile grooming in orange county
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Being cage free salon that offers boutique style spa treatment with high quality products we are also offering mobile grooming to most cities on orange county which is very convenient for the people who love to get the grooming services done right on front of their house.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
My passion and love for animals has been the most effective strategy to build my clientele and to gain their trust. Clients can see feel how dedicated and passionate you are about any products and services you are offering so when you add extra love into what you are offering to your clients amazing things happens
