We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Terre Moshe’. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Terre below.
Terre , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today When did you first know you wanted to pursue a creative/artistic path professionally?
I have alway had an artistic/creative side even though I pursued a career in the Health care field with animals & people.
When I medically retired I decided to explore my other interests.
Curious about the entertainment & fashions industry through my creative side.
I was approached many times by photographers to work with my afghan hounds .
I was already an experienced dog trainer and researched management styles & if this was a creative direction I would like to pursue.
I love the artist styles with fashion & dogs. Also I enjoyed the creativity in Commercials & Editorial magazines.
Terre , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My inspiration & creative side was credited to my afghan hounds Adar & Shai. Both my Afghan hounds have a majestic beauty which come across in all our projects.
It took years to develop relationships with Agents & Photographers & Producers.
Social media & Web sites were a learning experience to develop what attracted the audience..
Over time & with many ups and downs I began to understand what worked for us.
Today I am proud to have one of the leading Dog model / actors in the entertainment industry.
Shai is a true professional who loves to work & is very adaptable to any job..
Her sweet personality helps her fellow actors & models feel comfortable working with a dog.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
Most rewarding aspect of being successful artistic/creative is to help others along your path and grow together to all succeed.
We always give credit to beautiful photography, designers of clothes, snoods & collars made for Shai.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
My first afghan hound Adar passed and my friends gifted me Shai,
I had begun Shai’s training to follow Adar’s footsteps as a model .
COVID began and everything shutdown..
I entered Shai into the America’s Top
Model contest , continuing her training.
Remotely Shai passed her Canine Good Citizen Advanced Certification & Advanced Trick Dog Certification.
Shai became America’s Top Dog model , They helped guide us to advance her social media , create a web site & published her photos in magazines.
Shai worked with local photographers practicing modeling & basic acting techniques.
As soon as COVID passed , Shai was ready to work .
The great reputation Adar had opened doors for Shai . Shai has proven herself as a professional in every way .
So very proud of her & the most fun loving companion!
