Alright, Bogdan thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you wish you had started you own firm sooner?

Although there’s that saying “that everything comes at the right time,” there are moments when I reflect upon my YouTube journey and Real Estate career, and find myself wishing I had initiated them earlier. In 2017, I made my first attempt on YouTube, but my equipment was subpar, and my schedule was hectic due to work commitments resulting in no time for it. In Real Estate you need the right connections first, more than any license or training, and that takes time.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Sure! I’m an European guy who moved to America and strives to do his best to succeed! It’s not easy, but with the right attitude and skill set, I think anyone can achieve success! My YouTube journey was ignited by a desire to showcase the breathtaking beauty of the United States to those who may never have the opportunity to visit in person. What sets my channel apart is its focus on both well-known and not that known places, revealing the diverse tapestry of the USA. These videos serve as a personal journal as well, allowing me to capture moments that, in the future, will transport me back in time, reminding me of the incredible places I’ve had the privilege to explore. Now, regarding Real Estate. I was always present in this sphere, since I was a kid. My dad is a Civil Engineer, so imagine, I always had something to do in the weekends at home, maybe it was to build something, paint or change a pipe. I even tried to follow in my dad’s footsteps and went to a Civil Construction Highschool and later, to Civil Construction University of Bucharest, Romania, but eventually I realized that my true path lay elsewhere. I moved to America later on and forged my own unique journey, a decision I take immense pride in today.”

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

After I moved to America, I realized I had to unlearn a lot of the things that I knew. From how I think about money, how I think about belongings and life in general. For example, how to buy my investment property first, instead of a new BMW. Learn how to identify and cultivate relationships with quality individuals, while simultaneously striving to be a person of quality myself. These profound shifts in mindset and lifestyle were the result of years of dedicated self-introspection and personal development, ultimately shaping the path I walk today.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

I pivoted in life several times when needed. I moved from Bucharest to Cluj Napoca with school ( and back). I moved from Romania to the United States. I moved from going to University of Civil Construction to the Faculty of Psychology. From being a hairstylist to Real Estate photographer ( yes, I first started as a photographer in this business, but quickly transitioned to agent ). I also had side gigs as anyone else here in America.
